Describing how great this Café is, is almost not possible. Already whilst approaching this place you just feel happy and relaxed. Although it is situated at a street, the café give very relaxing vibes so that you just feel good. It offers seating inside as well as outside where it is decided from the street with some plastic curtains. As soon as you sit down or get seated the staff hands you the menu and welcomes you very friendly. The café itself has a great atmosphere due to the interior and some decent music playing in the background. It offers some great food, which ranges from typical breakfast options like eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, variations of toasts and lots of other things to lunch options. Additionally they have some special offers displayed above the bar. Today there was a shakshuka. I ordered a cappucino, which was unquestionable good, the shakshuka and to finish it off, a great little cheesecake. The shakshuka was amazing and came with some in butter toasted bread and rucola. The cheesecake meanwhile was quite small but more than enough, extremely creamy and unbelievable good. The price of 8$ for the cappucino, 28$ for the shakshuka and 8$ dollars for the cheesecake was a bit surprising for me first of all but after trying the food it was absolutely reasonable. All in all, this café is a must visit if you stay in Adelaide and want to have either breakfast, lunch or just an amazing hot drink. I am definitely going to visit it again for a couple of times. An absolutely lovely place! Thank you so much for this...
Read moreCame here for a coffee and banana bread with a friend in July. Wrote this review but forgot to post. Sadly, both our coffees were so burnt it was like we were drinking out of an ash tray (Iced latte and a piccolo). We only had 2 sips before returning them to the counter where the server was chatting to another staff member. When we told her about the coffees she said that can’t be true, because everyone else at the cafe was drinking the same coffee and hadn’t complained. We felt a bit taken aback basically being told “no you are wrong” when I said my coffee tasted burnt. Tbh it was baffling. I didn’t want to sound mean and correct her by saying that every shot poured can be different to the next, and it was completely possible that the other customers had fine coffee whereas ours were burnt; I refrained from saying this. She didn’t make our coffee, someone else had. So we just accepted her response and we left our coffees there before heading somewhere else. We didn’t get offered a refund. The other staff member had turned around and appeared to go on his phone during this exchange. Honestly I thought it was weird for a place called Coffylosophy to have a server who had little understanding of barista made coffee. To the point they couldn’t even have a reasonable response to a commonplace complaint like burnt coffee. A more experienced staff member should have stepped in. Very awkward service. The banana bread was nice...

My partner Steve and I are from Melbourne and stumbled upon this cafe by accident. We were in Adelaide for one week and came for a coffee and breakfast 3 times. It was one of those experiences that we just talking about the whole trip and back at home.
We decided to come back to Adelaide for a weekend trip this weekend, before even dropping our bags off we went straight to Coffylosophy for breakfast and a coffee. Harsh remembered us the second we walked in - a whole year and a half later. This is one of those places where you feel like you’re at home and never forget about.
It’s our second day in Adelaide, we’ve literally been here twice and coming back to terrorise Harsh again tomorrow. If we could move in we would lol. Amazing staff, great atmosphere and the food and coffee is incredible. We’ll be coming here every time we’re...
