Brilliant Website, acknowledgement of country and flowers but a serious breakdown of communication between the lovely girl who took my order and the person who delivered the gift. I thought I communicated quite clearly that I wasn't sure of the house number but we both from either ends of the internet looked at google maps and identified the correct house. I believed I gave accurate identifying information and we were on the same page, yet the flowers were delivered to and accepted by a household without a tall fence, that wasn't two stories with a front balcony and didn't have a tree at the front, despite having the phone number of the at home recipient available if there were concerns. I was rung and told the flowers had been accepted at the wrong address and there was nothing that could be done the implication was that I was to blame. I accepted that and am grateful the confused NESB elder returned the flowers when the recipient asked. I would have appreciated an outfight refusal when ordering when I said I didn't know the accurate house number rather than an assurance that it would be fine and then it wasn't causing stress to what was supposed to be a carefree birthday. Flowers great, customer service..borderline OK..maybe it...
Read morePlease don’t surprise your loved one with dead flowers ! Before I begin I must qualify that I received in July two beautiful condolence bouquets from East End Flowers and they were perfect . However recently I was very disappointed and would like to warn other potential buyers of the downside to sending a “ surprise floral tribute “. I was sent a beautiful condolence bouquet of spring flowers from East End flower market on 7 th September however the sender who had been waiting for my thank you confirmation phoned on the 8 th September to ask if they had been delivered. They had indeed been delivered 24 hours earlier to my front verandah which I rarely frequent and theybhad been in both the afternoon and morning sun . They were dead 6 days later . I highly recommend that the sender request East End Flowers to phone the recipient with advice of an impending delivery to prevent this unfortunate and premature flower demise . It was indeed a sad “ surprise “ to find that an expensive bouquet was dead 6 days after a winter delivery . All my previous condolence bouquets , delivered from various high quality local florists (including Fresh Flowers of MITCHAM and Tony and Marks at Unley) over these colder months , lasted between 3...
Read moreI cannot recommend East End Flower Market enough. I was looking for flowers to send to my friends workplaces and EEFM was by far the most affordable and had a selection of flowers that were more to my liking. I love all flowers, but I prefer bunches that contain a mix of varieties and do not feel formal or fussy. I ordered 2 of The Queen arrangement to be delivered to my two friends, with one workplace being in the city centre and the other workplace just on the outskirts of the cbd. Delivery costs were very reasonable as was the floral arrangement. Ordering online was so easy and kind of fun too. After ordering online I had to ring up and change a delivery day for one of my friends and that was not a problem thanks to Rosie who was helpful and friendly and made it feel super easy and not an inconvenience at all. I personally felt very silly having to make a change but Rosie made me feel much better about it. My friends received their flowers and adored them! Their workplaces were delighted with them too. I cannot recommend EEFM enough. They will be my go-to flower shop from now on, because of their beautiful flowers, wonderful service and easy ordering. Highly...
