Read moreWent in after date night dinner at the beach to be served by the rudest server I've ever experienced. I asked for a regular cup and was cut off with the question 'what mix ins?' I asked for one of the two ice creams I wanted and was cut off a second time with 'what mix ins?' By this point the line hadn't yet moved to let me see which mix ins are available, I asked her if I was allowed to look at what mix ins they had first and was given the dirtiest of looks.    Read moreWent to Cold Rock at Glenelg tonight at 9:40pm. My husband and I where standing waiting to be served for about 10 minutes. One of the workers was already serving a couple and the other was filling up the ice cream tubs. Repeatedly looking at us but neither greeted us or asked if we where after any ice cream. When we had made a decision my husband asked the young lady if we could have some service please. With that she grunted under her breath and rolled her eyes to which I responded with âyou donât have to roll your eyes at usâ and proceeded to order what I wanted. With attitude she asked if we wanted any mix ins to which from the poor customer service I told her not to worry we are leaving! Well done cold rock Glenelg you have lost a loyal customer as this isnât the first time having bad...
