We enjoyed our experience until the end when food was brought out that we didn't order and the waiter insisted that we had to eat it. Service was absolutely shocking when we came last week. We enjoyed our meals but we had finished eating and were just sitting and talking for about 15 minutes and the waiter brought out about 10 plates of food. We told the waiter that we didn't order this food and there must be a mistake and the waiter was not friendly at all and told us it came up on the system and that means that we ordered it so we had to eat it. She kept on putting the food down and was rude even though we kept telling her that we did not order this food. At this point we had eaten so much food and were stuffed full but ate the plates anyways because we didn't want to be charged the wastage fee. This really put a bad taste in our mouths after we had enjoyed our experience but now were forced to eat more than we wanted and had such rude servicefrom the waiter. I understand the order may have come through on the system but the waiter was not accommodating and did not try to come up with solutions. Will not be returning. As someone who works in customer service myself I expect to be given good service on my day off when I try to give good service when I am at my own job
