Ok, so, the other morning we woke up after a few to many drinks the night before, with stuff all sleep and some of us still drunk we collected ourselves and headed to the drummer boy Cafe in Port Adelaide. We entered to a nicely update restaurant trendy looking and proceeded to order blindly. But I honestly can say thatthis was hands down the best dang breakfast I've ever eaten in my entire life. I couldn't even tell you the name of what we got but I mean seriously look at it. The sheer size, the seasoning, the poached eggs cooked to perfection! And for an added side I got a side of holumi. Which was given in a very generous portion. The coffee is good (so I was told I don't actually drink it). Bargain factor: 8/10 (pricey but portions were worth it) Flavour 11/10 Hipster factor 7/10

I’ve been here a few times and thought it was time for a review. Coffee is consistently good and I’ve had both almond and skinny cappuccinos. Dirty chai’s are also very well made.

As for bagels and brunch, also can confirm they are high quality. Brekky burger is big and generous with the portion of bacon and so on. Salmon bagel was nice with decent serve of salmon. The double ham toast or is off the charts. Thick bread, golden brown once toasted and epic mix of flavours. Definitely recommend giving that a go. We also got a cookie on the way out which was tasty but a touch dry if I’m being picky.

Overall, it was a good experience. Great cafe in the heart of the Port and worth swinging past...

After a quick search for healthy lunch options we took reviews for gospel and were equally happy.

Part of Port Adelaide's small business revival there's guys n gals seem to have taken modern lunch and good coffee seriously enough to be ahead of the pack but away from the busy larger eateries.

The chilli mushrooms on rye with perfectly coowned poached eggs and a side of salmon was delicious.

A chicken burger with chips was also eaten and plate cleaned as well as the All green vege plate with rye so a smart menu and juices, coffee sparkking water as staples as well. we were very happy thakyou....

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Drummer Boy Cafe in Port Adelaide is a gem! The dish I had was simply outstanding—avocado toast topped with a delightful mix of fresh greens, seeds, and a generous sprinkle of nuts, perfectly complemented by silky smooth smoked salmon on the side. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, and the presentation was impeccable. Every bite was a burst of taste and texture. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious and beautifully presented brekky.
