TL;DR... they burn everything. We ate here twice for good measure

We ordered from here via Uber eats (as we’ve eaten here a while ago and it was delicious), but this time sadly the patties turned out burnt and inedible. The egg had black gunk (I assume cooked on the same hot plate), and the bacon and bun even had black bits. We didn’t eat dinner that night, which sucked. I picked out and ate the piece of beetroot though.

Despite that experience, we decided to try eating in at some later point because we gave you guys the benefit of the doubt... maybe you were busy, you had a bad staff member on that night, or perhaps it was just an off day… etc.

As soon as we walked in though, the air was really stuffy, greasy and smoky. I felt like my skin was clogging up being in there, and every breath made my nose feel a low level burn. We should’ve taken that as a red flag, but alas, we decided to order anyway. I was determined to try the burgers!

The sweet potato fries were super amazing (probably some of the best I’ve had), and the staff seemed to be really fun and friendly. The atmosphere, other than the air quality mentioned above, seemed nice.

However when the burgers were brought to us, I immediately noticed the patties had a thick layer of black burnt stuff on each side. Uh oh. I was in shock, because I’ve never been served food that black before. And it seems to be the new standard here. 😬 The waitress asked if everything was alright, and I told her it was really black and I probably couldn’t eat it. She sorta mumbled and told me it was ā€œseal cookedā€ or something, then left. No follow up, no other conversation. So yeah that was horrible. When food is burnt, it becomes toxic. I’m alright eating little bits of it… it’s never really bugged me in takeaway food before, which is why the state of the patties here shocked me. It’s the first thing I straight up couldn’t eat due to the burn level. I couldn’t even salvage it by picking at it. My partner is alright eating burnt stuff but it was too much for him even… it was thick and crusty. I don’t know if you think you can get away with it because it’s inside a burger covered by cheese, and the customers ā€œwon’t see itā€? If that meat were served on its own at any other restaurant, it would 100% be sent back. A chef friend of ours agreed.

We sat there with our black burgers and picked them apart for good measure, just in case it wasn’t as bad inside as it seemed. Maybe some of it was salvageable? But I honestly didn’t want to eat any of it. Which was a shame because they looked really delicious, minus the charcoal’ed patty.

We ate the sweet potato chips but then were forced to tell the cashier lady we couldn’t eat the burgers and were going to leave. She gave us a refund for the burgers, which was nice, and offered to cook it again for us. But the air quality was seriously killing us, so we decided to leave and go elsewhere. It was a shame that our night out turned into that, but what can you do.

In hindsight, it’s quite possible that burning all the burgers contributed to the air quality issues. Or some ventilation wouldn’t have killed. It looked like there was a smoke machine inside, seriously... there was a proper haze inside the restaurant. That’s really bad, and could cause issues in people with respiratory problems.

See pictures included. Notice the picture from eating in (with the cheese melted on top of the patty), the chunk of hard crusty black meat on the side of the plate? That piece literally snapped off when I tried grabbing it! Would anyone deem that edible, let alone restaurant standard? Probably not. That’s not seal cooked guys,...

Our first visit last November 2022 was perfect...We had the Drunken Lamb Burgers, and they were delicious... the sweet potato fries were the best I ever had and the Tater Tots were hot and crisp... fast foward to last Saturday night 7/1...It was a totally different experience...My drunken Lamb Burger was not a good as the previous one, with only a faint smear of the Tzatziki dressing that gives it that great flavour, on the top part of the bun and none on the meat ? and the sweet potato fries seemed to be stuck to each other in a gluey mess...The More than Enuf Burger was a total disaster...The Bun was so soggy it just fell apart, so after several tries to put it back together, he gave up and tried just eating the meat patties, which didn't taste so great by themselves, and we discovered the Bacon had not been cooked, but quickly put on the grill to give it grill marks, and he couldnt even fill up on the regular potato fries as they were cold, soggy and barely cooked. The first visit was an easy 5, the second a solid 1... and with the amount of "Burger Bars" popping up all over the place, you need to get your mojo back real quick before you go under... We do intend to come back again on the hope it was just a one off, bad day at the office, because that first visit blew...

Enuf Burger Bar is a popular burger joint located in the heart of downtown. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with modern decor and plenty of seating options.

The burgers are the highlight of the menu, and for good reason - they are absolutely delicious! The patties are juicy and flavorful, and the toppings are fresh and well-balanced. I particularly enjoyed the Enuf Burger, which comes with bacon, cheddar cheese, and a fried egg. The fries are also top-notch, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

The service at Enuf Burger Bar is attentive and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations. I appreciated the fact that they checked in on us periodically without being intrusive.

The only downside of Enuf Burger Bar is the price. While the quality of the food and service is excellent, it's definitely on the higher end of the spectrum for a burger joint. However, I think the experience is worth the extra cost, especially if you're looking for a fun night out with friends.

Overall, I highly recommend Enuf Burger Bar for anyone who loves burgers and a lively atmosphere. The quality of the food and service is top-notch, and while it may be a bit pricey, it's worth it for a...

Food is good, but they blatantly missed all the comments on our order - this is my burger with "no tomato, egg or relish". They missed a side of sauce and the other burger which was "no tomato" had tomato on it. If the online ordering system doesn't display these comments for the cooks, it shouldn't be implemented. In addition, it stated it would be ready at 6 - we ordered around 5:15, showed up at 6 for pick-up as per the ETA, only for the food to be ready at 6:15 despite not appearing busy. Very disappointing and hate writing this as they've been good in the past, but almost none of the order was right. Hopefully it was just an off night and not indicative of what Enuf will become!

Absolutely loved this cozy spot for burgers, coffee, pasta, and sides! The presentation was on point, especially the knife trick—super handy for slicing everything neatly. šŸ“ Overall, the experience was great. Not usually one to post reviews, but here’s my honest take: Burgers were decent, but a little more variety in bread options would be fab! šŸ” Those halloumi sticks, though, were a bit too salty for our taste—couldn’t finish them. šŸ§€ On the bright side, the potato chips were crispy and delicious! šŸ„” Had a morning coffee, and it hit the spot perfectly. ā˜•ļø Prices are genuinely fair too. Thanks for a lovely experience! 😊
