ZERO STARS. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Similar experience both times I visited. The owner is rude, pathetic, arrogant and has no manners. Ordered a party size vegetarian pizza, was waiting in the car watching the staff. The owner, his daughter and his staff girls are all eating while preparing orders (preparing, cutting and packing), licking fingers, no hand washing done at all, JUST DISGUSTING. When confronted about the issue in a polite manner, the owner says "I have been doing this for 20 years, if you have a problem you can leave", instead of apologising for the experience and dealing with me politely. I requested my money back and returns in cash instead of original payment method of card just because "he doesnt know how to refund money by card". Called the store to get the name of the owner, but staff put me on to him and he refused to give me his name, he is just a COWARD who told me to go back to my country as if he belongs here. Mate, don't use terms you can't stand up to, it aint your country either, you really should return to wherever your background country is. Just because a customer has raised a food & safety issue in your restaurant, you abuse your customers. Telling me I am rude when you don't even know how to talk to someone your daughter's age, what an idiot. POOR SERVICE, DO NOT...

Only been to the Darlington Marcellina which is lovely n quiet and warm and has really great food- ( see my 5* reviews for this venue ).

Took our granddaughters to this one near their home and it was such a huge shock as to the difference in venue and food. Guy serving us was friendly.

This is obviously a takeaway place despite the 3 customer tables. Our girls said their pizzas were quite nice (they are very polite) but my husband's was too salty and my calzone was such a disappointment- waaaaayyy too salty, overcooked and not hot. Sorry but very true !

The whole time we were there it was ridiculously noisy it was incredibly difficult to talk to each other...never have heard such loud voices ever all the time...

Friendly staff, on time delivery but the food just was not worth the cost was charged double of what I should have been charged. Also even though the foreign driver doesn’t know better please don’t double stack the deliveries in your cars. My garlic bread was squashed flat and the top of the pizza box was squashed onto the top of the pizza leaving more topping on the top of the box than there was on the pizza. Basically has just a sauce pizza and had to eat the topping...
