We had our baby shower here recently and had the most amazing time! All our guests commented on the atmosphere and the vibe of the venue! It is an absolute hidden gem with a decent space - out the front, inside and out the back that can be used! Catherine was amazing to communicate with and flexible and accommodating with things we wanted to bring including encouraging us to bring our pupperino 🐶 We ended up bringing some simple decorations but it’s definitely not necessary as the venue is set up to be simple and stunning as is! We were able to play our own playlist and they had a microphone available as well! Would highly recommend and plan on having another venue here again too! Ferg’s is a hidden gem in the suburb of Stepney. The space that Catherine and Bevan have created is fantastic. I had my 30th birthday with Ferg’s and I was able to relax as myself and my guests were in good hands. Nothing was too much trouble. Catherine was proactive and helpful speaking directly with suppliers to assist with delivery and set up, and made my vision for the day come to life. We had pizzas for lunch and all my guests raved about how delicious they were, and were complimented with a great drinks selection including beer, wine, gin, cocktails and other spirits, and non-alcoholic options. If I could rate Ferg’s a 10 I would. Held my husband’s significant birthday here in March 2023 for over 70 people. He is still raving about it 4 months later. Catherine was a delight to deal with from the very first meeting. Nothing was too much trouble and her relaxed can-do approach put me at ease immediately. With no venue hire cost for functions and very reasonable catering prices, it was an easy decision to go with Ferg’s.
