It's such a nice little store, very clean. I think it's run by a family, the man was very quick when he cooked my food. The price was very fair, $15 for a Lycee tea, a Ba Mi roll and a spring roll. The veggies he used were really nice and fresh, and the pickled flavour was really good. I also like the spring rolls he served, I don't know if it's handmade or bought but there super good.
