VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS BEWARE!!!
This place will put pate in the vegetarian and vegan rolls if you don’t specifically tell them you don’t want it. How do I know this, I hear you ask? I unfortunately ate meat (pate) after ordering a tofu roll from the vegan menu.
The manager tried to argue with me and said it was my fault and tried to justify the horrific mistake by claiming that many people order tofu rolls with pate. I, however was under the assumption that as I had ordered an item that was listed under the vegan section of the menu that my tofu roll would not contain meat. In the end I did aquire a refund, but nothing can take the taste of animal liver pate out of my mouth. The terrible customer service and lack of understanding as to why I was so upset was absolutely incredible.
Needless to say I will never return to Viet Menu and recommend that vegetarians and vegans avoid this place unless you want a disgusting liver surprise...

The girl taking my order asked if I want LARGE size of coffee, I said yes. But when I got the coffee, it's only half full, a lot of foam on top, and even not foam up to lid. Why did you ask customer if they want larger size, but giving the amount of small size? Doesn't make sense. The banh mi was also slightly disappointed me as well. Top half doesn't have any piece of meat, only full of pate and veggies. I only saw meat start appearing after eating half of the banh mi. Used to be my favourite but this time I'm so disappointed. So overpriced. If I was not in a hurry to work then I would have stay to discuss right at...

If bun bo Hue is your favourite, it is definitely...
