Muffin Break City Cross — Restaurant in Adelaide

Customer service was not at all acceptable. Ordered a Double shot macchiato with no milk only froth. I received a large milk coffee with lots of froth, when questioning it I was told that because they dont have small cups and this is how they are made. Staff proceeded to make me wait while making other coffees and told the other staff memeber I was complaining. Then when I received a new one it was it was no better still half a cup with milk and froth. I asked for her to re make it as there was milk in it she said you didnt ask for no milk, I said you need to talk with your staff memeber as we ordered it without milk. The other staff member made it this time right. Very disappointing that this is the representation of the company. I will never go again nor will I recommend!...

Never again Ham and cheese croissant, cheese burnt croissant steam rolled. The mrs wanted a Ham cheese tomato toastie on white bread ordered comes out with brown bread when questioned told that's all we had.

WTF Saturday lunch time understand may be 4pm.

Could not even get the coffee orders right when I took my half strength cappuccino back got the most evil look like to say how could you. did they not understand me?

We are visitors to Adelaide and going to the Boxing Day sales and we're amazed that no cafes open before nine but came across this Muffin break that was open early . Thank you to the owners Kishore and Hartha for being so diligent and insightful to open early. The were alot of early birds and they also came to this Muffin break.
