Hello Harry The Burger Joint (Glenelg) — Restaurant in Adelaide

Well after years of enjoying food from the over priced menu as it treat night ,I am sad to say we will never be returning to Harry’s burgers , my son will be sad his name is Harry he has a disability and loves the place we have bought him all of the merch for him . But this time we were shocked at receiving a cold meal delivered from an Uber driver who truly did not care as we have been informed he refused to put it in a hot bag and proceeded to leave it on the foot path , when the front door was open and the lights on , we were disappointed in that but no were near as much of the quality of the food the we received missing sauces , half full buckets buckets of chips at $12 each was nearly $1 per chip! The burgers were thrown together and falling apart , covered in grease and as soggy as could even pick it up properly also missing ingredients. I have seen better burgers at maccas that a teenager makes for half of the price ! Not to mention the service and response from hello Harry’s saying it’s Ubers fault and to take it up with them , not sorry to hear that , when I asked to speak to a manager the said they don’t have one and don’t know when she works they would have to send her a message to let her know , in which they replied she wouldn’t talk to us or respond and it’s to bad contact Uber which we have with no luck.. gone are the days of good customer service and locals looking after local regular customers. We will not be returning and will be mentioning to anyone we know that is thinking of going Harry’s just don’t bother wasting your money find someone who is a true local looking after...

Reviewing food is always a difficult one. Everyone has a different taste. I understand what some might find flavourless others might find it perfect.

The location is great if you are looking for something to eat in Glenelg. The settings, atmosphere was wonderful. The wall art is a very unique one. It was clean and tidy. A door that you can close might have been a better choice to help keep cold winds away.

Nonetheless great job guys.

The menu/ prices were great. The service was however average. Glenelg is a very competitive place for food establishments. Not sure if the team member serving was having a bad day or something else. There was no real urgency. Didn't find her that friendly either.

Pesentation wasn't the best. I found the burger to be very plain, tasteless and flavourless. I love sweet potato chips. But these ones were little too greasy...

They don't let you order over the telephone only online and then hang up on you when you ask, upon arriving in there it was absolutely Dead when the two burger places in the closest vicinity what Packed to the Rafters which is in a good sign usually, however I ordered takeaway and I got extremely poor customer service from the beginning when they describe verbally what the food is like right to the Finish when they put the drinks in front of me and just threw them there and they all tipped over, food is absolutely shocking me and everyone else I was eating with all got food poisoning and we all had different things apart from the burgers and shared chips, in the chips there was fluff and hair, not to mention it was way overpriced and absolutely disgusting it couldn't have been...
