Calamari and squid are the same yes??? Seafood mix what's in it??? If the staff don't know the ingredients and I can't even tell whats what on a very exp family pizza then something's wrong.... The base is very AVG the seafood pizza tbh is just chewy calamari and anchovies ( omg salty can't miss them )

Tried calling the store to chat as we spent over $70 and have eaten 1 piece of the combination pizza and none of the seafood other then picking at it and spitting it out.

If the staff don't know that squid is calamari I think there lies a major problem before you even start...

Lower prices or cook better food please. And train your staff please so they know how to speak to their customers. I wasn't rude till the very end of the call after getting nowhere with the man on the phone. If there trained very well then tell him calamari and squid are the same start at basics. This place has it all, the food is fresh and tasty, the prices are more than fair and the customer service is outstanding.

I have been ordering here for a while but this time I wanted a pasta that has bacon in it (I’m vegetarian) so I decided to ring and ask just to be sure. I was greeted by a nice fella, I asked about pasta and if there was any meat products apart from the bacon, straight away he asked the chef and that was a no then I asked would it be okay if I sub out the bacon for more mushrooms and he said absolutely.

Long story short once we got our delivery there was a ton of mushrooms and to my surprise more garlic and seasoning to account for the lack of salt the bacon would have added to the dish. The customer care is outstanding not to mention we sometimes get complimentary cake and messages telling us we are amazing. Really tho you guys are amazing ❤️

BTW-They have their own ordering app with daily deals and a loyalty card which I find better than mainstream...

Absolute VIP service from order to eating. I've a food avoidance condition triggered by ptsd.(my food has to meet requirements of temperature, texture and taste. I struggle eatingon a daily basis even with home cooked food. I got brave an ordered a pizza, side salad and garlic bread, hoping to attempt a mouthful (knowing my flat mate would eat anything i didn't) Once receiving my order the amazing staff called me to confirm my order and assured me it would be cooked to my requirements.
