This was our first and last visit to PappaRich Adelaide, Ordered 12 Sticks of Chicken Satay and other few dishes for 4 people, Chicken ticks got served to table and start eating and had taste of chicken not cooked enough and checked with others at table and they found the same. We stopped eating and checked all the chicken sticks found pink raw chicken in middle of most of sticks. Called the staff and informed them that chicken raw and need to cook longer, she was denied to accept chicken is raw and she keep saying that chicken cook longer than 30 min and well cooked. I stared to open chicken sticks and show her the pink meat, She keep saying meat is well cooked, but obviously as you can seen on phots meat not cooked, we gave up arguing since all we get from her meat is well cooked. different staff member served the other dishes to table and we informed her that about chicken and she sort of accept and she said she will talked to kitchen about it, how ever she clamed kitchen denied the chicken was raw. Other dishes we ordered were ok. over priced for the portion they serve. taste is ok, nothing amazing about it. Can get more taster and value for money meals from local Asian restaurants. Never going back there again. Disappoint about...
Read morePaparich had been one of my favourite restaurant in adelaide. Good food, great price, clean and mainly excellent service. visited many times with friends and family and also recommended to many friends. After a month, today, i walked in for lunch. We were served with an unhappy waitress who seemed very grumpy and upset which wasn’t really a good impression. While sitting down browsing through the menu we asked for some water. Previously, they used to give us water after the menu. They didn’t return with the menu waiting for 5mins and i rang the bell and still dint seem to bother and i rang again after 2 mins and there she comes and and she took our order. Still no water for us and i was freking thirsty. I was very annoyed because its too much. I saw another girl coming near us and i told her again and she replied “yes, sure” and turned up after 5 mins with water and thank god! They should employ good worker’s with great service because it matter as we walk in with a good mood for a great meal and their face upsets us. I have seen their rating gone down which i dint check before coming because it was *4.5 when i...
