I’ve always loved this Italian restaurant, and it has been one of my favorite places to dine. Two weeks ago, I decided to celebrate my graduation here with my family and friends, bringing a group of about 14 people. As expected, the food was great, which is why I chose this place for such a special occasion.
However, I feel it’s important to mention that the service during this visit was disappointing. While I’ve had good experiences here in the past, there was one staff member who was rude to me on more than one occasion throughout the evening. For example, one of our orders wasn’t registered, and instead of offering to prepare the missing dish or suggesting a solution, she kept insisting it wasn’t her mistake and in the end, we were not given that dish. Additionally, when I inquired about adding an extra table in case more people arrived, she responded quite rudely, saying, “Can you see any more tables available?”
While I understand she may have been stressed/busy with the number of people dining that evening, it still felt particularly unfair to be treated this way, especially since I was hosting a large group.
I hope this was just a one-time issue, but it did put a damper on what should have been a memorable celebration. I still think this is a great spot for Italian food, but I hope the service can be more consistent...

I called to see where the order was when it was 15 mins late to be told the order was scheduled to be delivered at 1.30, and no apology was given just an attitude of 'my screen says 1.30' (whereas MY order screen was for 1pm and i have the screen captures to support this.) AT 1.45pm (45 mins late of my delivery time) myself and a colleague attempted to call the restaurant numerous times, however no call was answered. I then personally walked to the restaurant to pick up the order, i noticed a delivery car leaving took note of the car registration #, inside i was lied to and told the delivery man left 15 mins earlier. there was a lack of accountability nor attempt to pacify a customer. Only when i received a call from the delivery driver was i convinced, we were actually going to get the food. I then left the shop to walk back to work to collect the order. Upon arriving i saw it was the same car that i noticed leaving when i arrived. 1. Lying to a customer is not acceptable 2. This was a significant order $268.00 3. This was a staff lunch and because of the delay there were staff whom missed out on their meal and break times. 4. There was no offer to pacify, offer refund or discount etc. Not valued...
Read moreWe had a table of six booking last night. We were looking for an authentic Italian meal. We were all extremely happy with our meals. Very tasty foods and flavours. However, the service was terrible. We arrived and waited for our guests. We had waited at least fifteen minutes and had no one approach our table. We assumed we had to go to the bar to order. We approached the lady at the counter who advised us it was table service. She took our order and we sat down. Meals came out promptly, but were all served to my wife who had to distribute them all out to our guests? We finished our meals and then sat in a sea of plates for the next half hour. I asked a waitress for another round of drinks, she looked at our empty plates, didn’t take our drinks order and then started cleaning other tables… another ten minutes I asked another waitress for a drinks order. She looked at our empty plates and took our order. Came out with drinks and walked off. We ended up putting our plates onto another table. There is no awareness from the wait staff at this restaurant. It is such a shame because the meals are really good just don’t expect to receive any acknowledgement from the wait staff...
