Poorly treated by several of your staff members.. last night i waited patiently for a drink for over 10 minutes, once i was served i ordered just a coke which was $5! i handed over the note then said could i have a beer to please (because i realized id have to wait a very long time to get another drink), a stocky male with spiky hair said something under his breath to the person serving me and laughed, she then struted over and started pouring the beer then snapped at me "i can do more than 2 things at once you know!", i said "sorry id like a beer please if thats not too much trouble"... Excuse me for wanting to spend money with your business, your customers should not be chastised because they want to spend more money with you! i spent over $150 while there and ur staff salary works out to be 40cents a minute, the time it took to pour me a beer to was less than 15 seconds, which is less than 20cents Is it really worth giving a customer a negative experience over less than 20cents? A couple of the staff yesterday were kind of mean and dare I say, a tad passive aggressive. Made assumptions about myself and my friends not even 5 minutes into us being there and it just really took me by surprise. I don’t want to say too much because I am not here to slam a business or the people who work there, but things said and actions that occurred were really not executed in a nice way - my partner was really surprised. A lack of genuineness & was quite snooty… killed the vibe a little for a friends birthday. I ended up having a quick chat to one of the staff members & just accepted whatever they wanted to do.
