I recently visited the Adelaide Botanical Garden and was thoroughly impressed by the beauty and tranquility of the place. The gardens are well-maintained and feature a diverse range of plant species, including exotic flowers, towering trees, and peaceful ponds. One of the highlights of my visit was the Bicentennial Conservatory, a stunning glasshouse that is home to a vast array of tropical plants. The humidity and warmth inside the conservatory provided a welcome respite from the outside world, and I found myself completely lost in the beauty of the plants and flowers that surrounded me. Another highlight was the Palm House, which features a wide variety of palms and other tropical plants. The Palm House has a spacious and airy feel, and I spent a long time wandering through the aisles, admiring the different plants and trying to identify them. Overall, I would give the Adelaide Botanical Garden a solid five stars. It's a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature. Whether you're a seasoned horticulturalist or just someone looking to enjoy a peaceful day out, the Adelaide Botanical Garden is definitely worth a visit.

CHIHULY @ Adelaide Botanical Gardens On Saturday (26/10/24) I ventured down to check out the outdoor art exhibition in the Botanical Gardens in Adelaide. The first thing i noticed as I walked into the gardens was the insects, butterflies and dragonflies everywhere. Absolutely beautiful to see. The glass sculptures were amazing, the fantastic use of colours, also where the sculptures were placed worked well and matched the garden really well. They were bright and colourful. Well worth a look ! The Botanical Gardens is located in the Adelaide CBD, there's plenty of seating under shaded trees, lush green lawn for you to have a rest and take it all in. The gardens are well maintained. I especially liked the small paths through the gardens. Felt like you were back in nature. An amazing experience. I shall return next year at the change of season to capture some different photos of the exhibition. Credit goes to Jason Lewis who's put in a lot of time and effort at the garden. Kudos to you my friend 👍

It is my favourite spot to go to in the city. Every time when I come here I feel relaxed and recharged. The air is so fresh in the trees. The flowers are so pretty when it is blooming. Especially like to see their water lily. There are a few lakes, a rose garden, a few buildings that have plants in them as well. There are at least 2 cafes I could see located in the garden. One near the lake, one near the water lily house. The food and drinks from the cafe near the water lily house I tried were very nice. There is a nursery where you can join the club and get discounts as well. There is a membership fee every year if you want to join the club. There are also guided tours in the garden at certain times. There are at least 2 entrances in the garden. And the public toilets are well mantianed and clean. Overall it is an awesome garden I recommend you must visit if you are new to Adelaide.
