Lovely venue but the management needs work. Wanted to order the Gisa sparkling white but told they were out of stock and the same response when my friend wanted the moscato. When I asked how they could be out of stock was told it was because of the change to nice weather. A well run bar should anticipate usage and stock accordingly. When my table went to order food (we had a table of 12) we were told that we couldn't order separately at the food order till and were directed to the bar till - when i mentioned this to the bar staff girl taking our orders she looked confused and told me there was no reason they couldn't have taken our orders at the other till. Three of us who ordered pizza (standard from menu) waited over forty minutes for them while others at our table had long since been served and finished eating - we had all ordered one after the other at the same time. Four out of the five pizzas ordered were burnt around the edges and the schnitzel was also overcooked. One friend ordered coffee and after waiting over twenty minutes went to enquire re progress with the coffee arriving shortly after. Not sure what was going on but it was a disappointing experience compared to other visits here.
