I recently dined at Tomatoes Indian Cuisine in Wynn Vale, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect.

The food was absolutely delicious! We tried the lamb rogan josh, cheese naans, and mango chicken, and each dish was bursting with flavor. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. The cheese naans were soft and cheesy, while the mango chicken had a delightful sweetness that complemented the savory spices.

The service was top-notch, with our server checking in on us regularly and making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience.

I ordered Veg Manchurian, Chilli Paneer, Soya Chaap, and Veg Noodles through Uber Eats, and I must say this was one of the most disappointing food experiences I’ve had. Veg Manchurian: Taste was just okay, but it was dripping with oil. Chilli Paneer: This was not Chilli Paneer at all — it seems like your chef doesn’t even know the dish. Soya Chaap: Completely undercooked, with very poor quality. Veg Noodles: Sorry, but these weren’t noodles — they looked and tasted like seviyan. The portion sizes were extremely small for the price, and the quality was nowhere near acceptable. I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant has such high ratings. Please, talk to your chef and review your recipes because this is not how these dishes should be made. The food here is stellar. Specifically out of this world good. This is the only restaurant in the whole Adelaide region that can make a Tindaloo hot 🔥 Vindaloo with perfectly tender and juicy meat. The milder dishes like the lamb Rogan Josh was the best of our lives, no joke. Special mention for the Tandoori prawns entree which was mild, tasty and the cause of some very significant looks across the table and a realisation that the recommendations we'd received were well founded.
