KIEM’s dining — Restaurant in Aireys Inlet

This place had such a great vibe, we had dinner here and absolutely loved it. The moment you step in, you’re wrapped in greenery and candlelight, and even though it’s winter, it still felt super cosy. Overhead were a couple of stunning crystal chandeliers that just added to the atmosphere. The restaurant’s run by a lovely young couple and the service was super attentive and friendly. We ordered the spring rolls, grilled prawns, Three Cup Chicken, a Southeast Asian-style curry, and a dessert with rockmelon and ice cream. My favourite was the curry, the balance between the creamy coconut and curry spices was spot on, perfect with rice. The chicken in the Three Cup Chicken was super tender too. Dining at Kiem’s Dining in Aireys Inlet was an unforgettable experience. Yuan’s warm hospitality stood out from the moment we walked in. He ensured every guest felt welcomed, comfortable, and well-attended.

The food was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a harmonious blend of fresh, ingredients and authentic flavors, crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The lotus root crisps were the best. The presentation was artful, and every bite was a testament to the passion and skill in the kitchen.

This was a magnificent experience . Extremely high quality food - often simple in concept, executed with great depth.

The setting was very cute, and the ceramics were charming.

Above all, the service was unmatched by even some of the finest restaurants I have visited, and I fell instantly in love.

Some recommended dishes: Octopus and papaya salad (pictured with the scallion pancake which was also delicious), braised pork belly, chicken bao buns. However, you really can’t go wrong. This place simply doesn’t miss, and I firmly look forward to the day they can serve alcohol.
