I stayed here for 3 nights for a solo getaway and chill out. Checkout was efficient and I thought when I arrived that I wouldn't have much privacy as the accommodations were all quite close together.|However, the place was well designed from the windows (you couldn't see in if you were outside), the planting (landscape design was clever) and positioning of outside entertaining areas.|A very big surprise for me was the beautiful big bath. With kitchen facilities and all the home comforts (including a gas fire), it was very cosy indeed.|I was able to walk every day along the coast and re-charge but knowing the Great Ocean Road, the venue was also a short drive to busier hubs like Lorne and Anglesea.|I got exactly what I needed from this trip.|If you're staying off season, make sure and bring supplies with you as not much is open...

Avoid. It seems it is simple to make a booking online, but you cannot contact anybody if a problem arises. Trying to follow the cancellation policy (14 days for a studio) for a booking In September. We had to pay the $1100 booking cost upfront. After a week, still no answer on the main contact phone number from the website, calls just go to voicemail telling you the staffed hours, which are the hours I am calling in! Leaving a message gets no response. Multiple emails have had no response. Calling the mobile number gets answered by people who say they can’t handle these queries so they will pass on the details for somebody to contact us back, but does not happen. I am about to contact my bank to claim the payment as fraudulent as it’s the only way I can get my $1100...

We stayed for 2 nights in one of the studio suites. The bed was comfortable.||The unit could be cleaner overall. We’re travelling for 2 months and needed to do laundry. The washing machine was filthy. (1). There is hair/lint from the dryer that falls into the machine. (2) It’s a top load washer and the cup that holds soap or softener was filthy, removed to clean it and uncovered black under it and on the agitator. Of course we cleaned it, why wash your clothes in a dirty machine.||The unit needs to be refurbished. Marks on light switches, the table is damaged, wear and tear shows in bathroom including a cracked sink.||Check in is all remote and you get an email advising the process. ||You have to take out the trash and wash/put away all the dishes...
