BEST EGGS BENNIE AND FRAPPE IN PERTH!! Went to this beautiful cat decorated, rustic cafe today and I fell in love instantly. Now I’m a dog person so you know it wasn’t just for the cat decor; but the warm atmosphere of every customer coming in talking and the staff knowing their customers names. It was the kind smiles and willingness to help you order something you’ll love. An amazing selection of gourmet cold treats and hot meals really stood out. The price I questioned at the start but when we received our meals I honestly would’ve happily paid double. We ordered a Katsu chicken and chickpea curry bowl ( I think that was the name) and an eggs Benedict. For our drinks we ordered a smoothie and mocha Frappuccino. All our expectations were far exceeded. Big portion sizes, unique twists in flavour, food served hot and fresh and drinks served nice and icy. Hands down, best cafe I’ve ever been to!! Have visited here a few times, the first time I ordered the chilli prawn omelette. It was pretty quiet however the food took a while, the omelette was nice however needed seasoning. On the second visit it was very busy but the food came out pretty quick. I ordered the toe beans con arrabiatta which was flavoursome! I tried both the chicken and vegetable dumplings, I preferred the vegetable as it had a bit more flavour but both were nice and had a good amount of filling. Good coffee but the layout of the place isn't quite right. Guys, power points are a must these days, please add a few of them. I found the tables and chairs in awkward configurations and hard to get to a spare chair. The counter staff didn't seem that friendly or knowledgeable. It's often the staff that make a place so a little work in that area would greatly improve things. Music was a little loud and background noise makes it a little hard to make conversation. It is a bespoke and cute cafe that with a few tweaks could be much better... Here ends my war...
