We are locals who have been patronising this business for many years. This week I ordered a double waffle cone and it was the size of a single cone with 2 half scoops.

I asked the girl serving if it was a double and she said it was and quite rude.

Usually the ice cream is quite hard for them to scoop, but lately it has been quite soft and easy to scoop and is melting before we even get out of the shop so it's not being stored cold enough.

Although the photo looks like it's a good size it is taken from the top which makes it look bigger, and the cone wasn't fully filled as it usual is.

I NOTIFIED THE BUSINESS, AND ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE READ THE COMPLAINT, THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED AT ALL.

SO THAT WAS THE LAST BUSINESS THEY WILL BE GETTING FROM US, BECAUSE THEY CERTAINLY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY LOCAL...

Not impressed this time.

I came here as I've enjoyed the meals in the past. This time I'm going to say it was a huge let down.

The coffee was a lot weaker than usual

I ordered the eggs and bacon expecting a decent serving of food and found that they may have given me a whole egg, and that was almost cold by the time it got to me.

The cost was not worth it and again I recommend getting the egg and bacon roll with the coffee instead of trying to eat a keto healthy meal that cost less to make because they'll charge you more, you just need to adjust your meal at your table if you don't eat bread because I paid 5 dollars more for less.

Since an extra egg on the menu is 2.50 the cost of the meal I got was...
