Will never recommend this restaurant. Do not waste your money here. My friends and I had a disgusting experience. We went here for dinner. Firstly were made to wait several minutes to be seated at a table when in front of us there were unoccupied tables. Then after being seated and placing the order we received the dishes after a wait of 40 minutes. Very unusual as all we ordered was dal tadka, desi murg, roti and rice. What was humourous was the server came by and apologised twice for the delay citing the restaurant being busy and clearly around us only half the restaurant was occupied. The desi murg was described on the menu as the chef's special. Don't expect anything outstanding as the gravy used in this dish is the ready curry bases found in Coles or Woolworths. And the dal tadka had no tadka, plus it clearly was heated readymade MTR dal. After dinner 2 of the servers asked for our feedback, we said what we thought of the food. Though both of them said they have passed the feedback to the manager who was in the kitchen, neither the manger nor the chef came out to speak with us. This is the second time we’ve ordered. The first, we were thrilled to have found great tasting, authentic Indian food out west. Last night sadly, we were brought back to earth with a thud. My husband’s chicken kadhai was acceptable but my Palak paneer was a dull, overcooked green & it tasted as if the spices had been burned. It was a most unpleasant after taste that stayed with me all night. I’m very picky about my Palak paneer & after being so pleased initially, was so disappointed. The cook has either changed or I’m hoping it was an anomaly. I may order again to test this theory but in the meantime, I am very reticent & dismayed. The delivery man was also abrupt & dismissive.

Very unprofessional service. We did a table reservation and they confirmed that hotel is open however when we reached hotel was actually closed. My uncle did reservation for 1 pm and it was confirmed already. I am confident of it as he did have a chat with you later today. You should publicly accept your mistake before saying anything about misguided review.when your restaurant opens at 2 pm why you accepted table reservation for 1 pm? Also, as per official opening hours displayed online your restaurant hours start at 12 pm then was there any specific reason to start it at 2 pm? If it was due to Christmas Day then why you didn’t inform us at the time of reservation which was done well before, you also had his number when you have changed your plan you should have informed us before hand.
