Cinnamon Fusion Eatery — Restaurant in Bowral

I was in Bowral & had some time to kill. Yes, I had already had breakfast, but that was a few hours ago & the growling in my stomach told me that I needed to look for a cafe. Some of the places we used to go to in Bowral had either closed or had changed hands. So I did what you guys are doing right now.......I searched for local cafe's & then checked the reviews. Hidden away in Corbett Plaza, this little gem ticked all the boxes, which others have clearly attested to. I was greeted by friendly staff & my order was quickly completed. I had Eggs Benedict & I was very happy with the level of yumminess it provided. I am a fussy coffee guy. I hate all the bitterness that seems to be offered now-a-days as what is THE coffee to drink. What was offered to me was the Cappuccino I ordered in a generous cup. I didn't even have to add mad amounts of sugar to combat bitterness. As I was enjoying my meal, a couple were doing what I had done before entering the cafe - carefully examining the menu on the stand outside the shop, wondering if this was worth the time, money & taste buds. I could see their indecision, so I gave them a thumbs up through the window. A big weight was now on my shoulders. I spoke to them after they had finished their meal and like me, they were suitably impressed. The cafe has only been open since 2023, so they are doing well for themselves, according to all the reviews. Do yourself a favour & enjoy the Cinnamon Fusion Eatery experience like so...

Stopped for a Chai Latte, stayed for the Momos. I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I'm so glad we did. The almond milk Chai Lattes were very nice and we ordered these with a slice of banana bread, also quite good. However, when I saw the Nepalese Veggie Momos on the specials board, I knew this would be the star and I wasn't wrong. Absolutely amazing!!! Completely homemade and packed full of amazing and subtle spicy flavours. A MUST, if you come to Bowral. A tight cosy little cafe that have embraced every possibility for their Bowral crowd. A complete and interesting menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on some nights. Enjoy the al fresco; it eat in if the weather is foul. I came for a mid afternoon coffee and sticky bun. Sadly, my cinnamon bun was stale by at least two days; it was well made, very tasty, lightly frosted, but dry.
