Bang Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Best Coffee in Brisbane? Yes! I've been going to Bang Coffee Bar for over 5 years, and it is consistently excellent. The Blackstar coffee excellently poured by Carolina, is my high-bench mark for coffee, where ever I go in the world. The amazing food (both savoury and sweet) by Chef Michelle is constantly changing and evolving, and everything is delicious. Keep an eye out for the chocolate brownies, the lemon-yoghurt cake, the cinnamon scrolls and if you are VERY lucky... an iced-vovo cake. There are always specials on the window, lately i've been enjoying house-made bagels with smoked salmon. The patrons to Bang, are always delightful, and everyone gets chatting in the unique layout inside, or sit out the front enjoy Coorparoo under the iconic red and white umbrellas. I love this place, and you will too. Would give it 6...

The place to be. Ta. Carolina the Queen o' the Bean. Love the Long Bs con liche'. Have been having these as long as I remember. The place has a nice feel, good reading section, and topical. Green, very green - and decor with upcoming gigs and musical posters, even 4MBS and QPAC - dynamic. My wife takes a famous Mocha and declares it uncontested. One of the 2 best coffees I've ever had...and that's saying something! Rich velvety coffee with deep dark chocolate notes with a hint of caramel. I loved it so much I had to have a second one and it was as good as the first. I usually only have one a day, but I couldn't help myself. I will definitely be back and the 5 stars is well deserved!!!
