I'd seen this place for a while but only decided to try it today. Thank god I did and didn't waste another second without this in my life. The Jam doughnuts are top tier. I would trade a kidney for one if these. I have tried many jam doughnuts in my 29 years and nothing has been this good. The doughnut itself has the perfect fluffy to doughyness ratio that had the perfect amount of stretch and air. The filling is what makes this one unbelievable. It's different to your usual delicious red sugar ball goodness. This actually tastes like real strawberries. Not the bitter ones you get from the punnets but those deep red colour ones with sweetness and juicyness. This jam tastes real and it actually fills the inside of the donut. Not just a tiny spot but actually fills it. Coffee was on point was a beautiful silky froth. They offer a range of plant based milks too and good seating allowing accessibility for wheelchair or walking aid users with plenty of space between seating. If you're ever tossing up to come here, just do it. I'll be back later to bring a box home for my kids. This is one of those places where the kids won't just eat the jam or icing off the top and say they're done. This is the eat the whole thing throw the diet out the window...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was just passing by at 5:25pm when I saw the staff putting all the donuts in the bin. There were over 30 donuts at least being wasted. I asked if they could do a reduced price for it and the staff said no sorry we can't do any discount and we are closed anyway. So ok your donuts are fresh and look delicious but I find unacceptable for business to waste so much food when we have some other people starving in the streets. Nowadays businesses need to be more sustainable, we can't continue like this. I hope the business owner see my review and consider offering discounted price in the last half hour of business (like sushi shops do) or partner with charity like Oz Harvest who gives food to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNice atmosphere and well-presented store. Service is friendly and pleasant. Donuts looks good but taste average. However, in fairness, I may be biased since I'm used to specialty donut stores in the States. This is the only donut I have had in Australia, so perhaps it's considered good by Australian standards. The other downside is they impose a surcharge on card transactions. Almost everyone pays with card these days, so they should just set a proper menu price and do away with all the silly surcharges, similar to what every business already does with GST. But, on a positive note, the surcharge is very low like 0.7%. Still, get rid of it and instead set the...
