the cob…she’s a work of art this one.🥺🫢firstly, THE VISUALS, incredible! my first thought when i saw a picture of the cob was, they probably hollow out a little bit of the bread only and there shouldn’t be too much pasta inside, i was utterly wrong!🤩they hollow out the cob basically near the wall of the bread and stuff SO much pasta inside oh my goodness…✨🍝the carbonara was so cheesy and just everything you could wish for🤤🥹i could not recommend their cobs more! but hurry they are only here for a limited time!🤧💖

the pizza… delicious, i adore prosciutto and the combination of creamy burrata is divine!🥹🥰i inhaled 4 slices of this, which is a lot for my small portion size self so trust me when i say you have to get this!✨🍕

i’ve had their caramel brownie cheesecake before but oof i forgot how decadent she is🤤seriously if you love cheesecake or brownies you need to try this!✨🍰

conclusion, i love @vapianoaustralia and i recommend them! for a nice night out, their delicious carbs and drinks will make your night a whole lot more fulfilling and happy! their @westfieldcarindale location is so beautiful🥹🤧the team was beyond lovely and kind!💖

We had a really positive experience dining here and just have to leave a review. We had the Cheesy Garlic Pizza, which my child specifically wanted, and the Classic Margherita Pizza for lunch — both were tasty and well-prepared.

But what made the visit stand out the most was the care and consideration from the team. Dining out with someone who has an allergy can be stressful. I had to ask whether the Cheesy Garlic Pizza was egg-free, and Chan, who looked after us, was truly very patient. He checked with the chefs not once but twice, just to be sure — and did so patiently and without any hesitation.

Chefs Dan and Natalla were also very understanding. They offered to tweak the pizza slightly to make it safer for my child. We didn’t expect that, and it really helped us feel more at ease. Everyone — Chan, Dan, Natalla and Diana — assisted us with genuine smiles and a positive, happy attitude that really made us feel welcome and comfortable, particularly Chan who was approachable throughout and happy to help with any concerns.

Having worked in hospitality myself, I understand how busy and demanding it can be. That’s why I truly appreciated the time, patience and care they showed us — not just in the service itself but in how they delivered it.

Went to Vapiano Carindale the other day. 1st I tried to book via phone. Spoke to someone in the venue and they said they don't take bookings please do online. When we arrived we found our name on a table again no real service there too. On the table it say's please scan here or one of our friendly staff will come by. No one came by so we scanned. Drinks arrived after our entrees. Entrees came to the table no share plates so we had to get up and ask at the kitchen pass. Cheesy Pizza was good though. Not one staff member checked on our table. Mains arrived out of the 7 mains 2 were wrong but it was only the wrong type of pasta so we didn't mind. We did check our online order which was right they just prepared incorrect. Again no spoons for the pasta's so again got up and asked for some. All the pasta's were very Al dente (meaning a little under cooked) but still nice.

Other-all probably won't come back as its noisy and customer service is no more. Tried to book by phone told "sorry we don't take bookings over the phone go online". tried to order at the table but NO staff came up so ordered on the ap. Table not set up for entrees had to ask. Not to mention 7 people but only 1 bottle of water. Order a bottle of wine for 3 people only 2 glasses. I think you get it. Might as well have gone to Maccas and used the...
