First of all, when I entered the shop, the female staff ignored us walking in and didn’t greet at all. When I ordered a grapefruit green tea, I double checked that it was grapefruit and not grape. She also asked to confirm again whether it was grapefruit or grape. Which I replied with “grapefruit”. I also said half sugar. When I got my order, she gave me grape GT with full sugar. When I went back, she blamed me for not checking the order screen. Also my sister ordered taro milk tea which the cup was full of taro rather than mixed with milk. It was very powdery, thick and actually had to chew the tea. She also touched the mob handle and didn’t wash her hands before making our order. I purchased a taro milk tea, not taro by itself. More than half of the cup was filled with taro and other half filled with pearls. When I was there the girl was not professional and serious about her job and was talking with another girl about their boyfriends and stuffs which is not appropriate while customers are waiting. Itwas quiet and not busy at all as me and my friend were the only customers and she could have done a better job. Been here once, brilliant staff, I believe she’s name is Tram, attitude really nice, no doubt, she is the best milk tea staff I ever seen in my life, so much patience for explaining all the milk tea to me, she even can use my country language to explain it, such an amazing staff, and working speed so quick, don’t need to wait for too long, u can get ur drink and enjoy it, definitely...
