Cold Rock Ice Creamery Rosalie — Restaurant in Brisbane City

My wife's friend was ecstatic with the birthday ice-cream cake the Rosalie Store did with double choc, vanilla and rum & raisin layers. I left it to the Store to come up with the decorations. The way the cake was decorated with the pink piping and glitter around the picture we provided was very cute!! Thanks to Kuben and team, it was absolutely gorgeous!

My wife rang up in the afternoon to order the cake. Brody the girl who answered the phone was very helpful and prompt with her service. The cake was made at very short notice which we really appreciated. We picked it up that same evening at 6 pm.

My wife has ordered other cakes previously - a year before for her brother and another time for a friend of ours. At that time too, we were very happy with their presentation and decorations. When we need an ice-cream cake, we now drive to the Rosalie Store instead of the stores that are closer to us, as their service is always excellent.

I’ve came down to get some cold rock with friends multiple times. During the day the experience is good however some issues in regards to nights. I once rocked up with friends at 9:17 and the shop was closed even though it was advertised as closing at 9:30. It was the middle of winter so didn’t think much of it. After dinner with my boyfriend yesterday we walked over to grab some ice cream and the store was closed at 8:46pm. When we got there the girl behind the counter said “tell me when you’re ready to order’ and then proceeded to go on her phone while we awkwardly asked for some some help, then AFTER she scooped our ice cream she said “the cold stone isn’t cold so I can’t mix in your mix ins”…. What?? Isn’t that the whole point of cold rock. We were polite and she just sat our chocolate on our ice-cream and we walked out with overpriced scoop of ice cream...
