Crust Pizza East Brisbane — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I have ordered many pizzas from your store and have never encountered the problems I did tonight. Normally I order directly through the store, tonight I did it online. I was informed it would take 1 hour to arrive but after 30 mins I received a message from an uber driver stating our pizza would arrive in 13 minutes. we waited and waited. After 30 minute or so, I rang the store only to be told our pizza order had been cancelled by our UBER DRIVER - I TOLD THE PERSON I WAS SPEAKING TO TO NO LONGER HAVE UBER DRIVERS, as I had never had this problem before! The chap I spoke to at the store arranged for another pizza to be sent with another Uber driver. It arrived. After he had left I noticed on my phone he TOO was going to CANCEL MY ORDER. Fortunately, he must have had the good sense to ring, and I answered and said, were you the pizza man. - come in. The gate was open, the light was on, what more do these drivers want?????? The second chap who came had very little communication skills. I will not be getting CRUST PIZZAS in the future if this now...

Terrible customer service. Dishonest. We've been coming here for a couple of years. First incident was getting our order absolutely wrong (all 4 items), which happens, but then on returning the items immediately disputing that it was their error until proven wrong with several lines of evidence.. not apologetic at all, offered me one of the wrong items as contrition! Then, during the heavy rain, they took our order and money, then called to say they were closed and would refund it, then 2 weeks later they disputed that they had taken the order or the money despite their app and banking records showing otherwise. We had a good run for a while.......until we ordered 1 x large seafood marinara pizza - it arrived semi warm, it had no scallops, sundried tomatoes, Bocconcini or mussels (as advertised) - it was essentially a cheese pizza with a prawn on each slice- we had to eat it because it was too late to order anything else. Not nice.

1 x truffled mushroom gnocchi- is was again only just warm, the cream or whatever it was had split and there was no truffles to be seen - it looked like gnocchi with mince mushroom with melted butter.
