SEN Legend - Vietnamese Restaurant — Restaurant in Brisbane City

We went for dinner tonight, and the experience was really lovely. First of all, the waitress was very nice and gave helpful recommendations.

Then, the food was delicious. For such affordable prices, I'm surprised with the quality of the food. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures, but you'll see that the food is served in beautiful plates and is very well presented.

Also, if you're vegan or vegetarian, you'll feel more than welcome here! They have a menu full of options. I'm not talking about the usual 2-3 dishes that you can find in most restaurants. No, here you have many different kind of meat and seafood alternatives, and very sophisticated dishes. I'm sure even the fussiest person would find something to accommodate her palate.

In addition to that (like that was not already good enough), the quantities are perfect. I'm someone who eats a lot (like 3000kcal a day), and I'm often disappointed in vegan restaurants serving you just a salad. But here let me tell you, ladies and gentlemen, that my belly was not asking for more at the end of the dinner!

Finally, and it's not a small feat, I really loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. It's located in a very quiet area, and the interiors are decorated with obvious good taste.

I would give this restaurant a Michelin star, unfortunately I don't think I'm...

Takeaway Order Review. We had high expectations given the 4.9 review average online. Unfortuantely we were disappointed for the following reasons:

Salt & Pepper Squid: frozen straight out of the box with a handful of lettuce and carrot and a small serve. Not worth the price and what you'd expect.

Five spice pork belly: was dry and old like it had been cooked earliee and reheated to serve as there was no pork fat as you would expect just discoloured and dark brown meat and skin. Came with a salad and dressing. Dressing was good. Portion was tiny for the price. Not worthy of ordering as most people can cook their own in an air fryer and it would taste better and fresher.

Steamed Vegetables: seemed to be out of a box and can. Worth the $6 price.

All in all we were expecting amazing for a 4.9 star restaurant. Dining in may be better however this time for us it was another yet disappointing...

I absolutely loved my experience here. I originally came for the pho but, given the chilly weather, I opted for the wonton soup instead—and it absolutely hit the spot. Warm, comforting, and full of flavour.

The service was just as impressive. The waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in regularly to see if I needed anything, whether it was more herbs or water. That level of care really stood out.

The atmosphere was also lovely, with the gentle scent of incense adding a calming and cozy touch.
