From the moment I entered the restaurant, the waiter greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. They promptly seated me and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the entire meal. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to provide recommendations further enhanced my dining experience.

The waiter's attention to detail was remarkable. They anticipated my needs, refilling my water glass without me having to ask and promptly clearing empty plates from the table. Their efficiency in taking and delivering orders was impressive, ensuring that I never had to wait long for my food.

What truly stood out to me was the waiter's genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction. They regularly checked in on me to ensure that everything was to my liking and promptly addressed any concerns or requests I had. Had to wait for like 30-45min just to get 2pcs of samosas.. it wasnt busy at all.. the customers who dine-in got their food in like 15min but for me i had to wait for such a long time.. when asked to the staff, she asked to wait for another 5mins. I still waited. But then i got really frustrated so i went up back after 10mins to ask again. There was another customer in front of me and they were chitchatting even after the order was taken, as if i don’t understand.. then when my turn came in that lady just started talking to another staff.. didnt even bother to respond me at all.. and when i asked for my order and said i have been waiting for my order for last 40min, the guy beside her said its ready and was sitting in the counter (i dont know for how long). And the lady made her face and said -‘ oh it is ready there’.. i dont want to rate this restaurant at all but inorder to write the review i have to rate it.. the food may be good but the customer service is very very poor and waiting time is too long.. each customers should be treated equally whether its a dine in or take away. You should value others time as well.. take away orders doesnt mean that we are free and have plenty of time to wait for the food which we pay for.

Would recommend managers to train their staff properly and look out for take aways and give priority as well. As for me i am never going to come back. Very very...

Today 6 years later we just had the shezchuan paneer dosa with rasam and chutnies - still the best not too spicy - just perfect- flavour is just awesome - and now for the 6 year old review that still stands true: My favourite place to eat indian food... Raman downstairs and all the staff are honestly the BEST staff members ever, always helpful always great with my bacha party asking for ice-cream or lollies or to taste test barfi/ladoo or katlis !!!!

Vada Pav here is HONESTLY MY HANDS-DOWN favourite thing on the menu, followed closely by the Dahi Puri - LIKE WOW!

The groceries and the variety of kitchen and cultural stuff is amazing... and you get things here you can't get anywhere else in Brisbane ((amazing packs of shabudana kichdi pre-made mixes heavy on the peanuts - and -delish!!) and the yummiest frozen gujju gota packets))...

Basically this shop is the BEST... but if you're looking for Frozen meats/seafood all that sort of stuff indians also like to buy....then this isn't that kind of grocery shop - This is for those indians that are veg or are mostly veg!! and it is AWESOME! Oh yeah and sometimes they keep really good fresh bindi and lauki too and allllwwaayyss have fresh green chillies!! ... keep it up MMI after the renovations I can't even imagine how awesome this...
