Domino's Pizza Camp Hill — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Very pathetic service provided by domino’s camp hill. Had numerous issue with the quality of pizza previously ordered.

Yesterday I decided to do over eats and order pizza from them. As always their staff does the delivery. But yesterday my pizza never reached me, it was never delivered to my address and all of a sudden in the app it shows pizza delivered.

Now they don’t want to refund my money for my order.

Made call to the shop when it showed the pizza is delivered and I was informed by the girl that answered to call 15 mins later. The driver must have pressed wrongly in the app.

Called after 15mins and told the girl till now I’m waiting and she goes “the guy just returned to the shop with your order, he didn’t have a phone with him to locate your address” what a bull crap they giving. She goes I’ll resend the order, what they want me to have cold pizza now. I ordered one hour ago.

Dimono’s camp hill stop ripping off customers with your pathetic...

Ordered online at 6.30pm for delivery, waited for it to be delivered, finally got delivered at 8.03pm after if had been "ready in store" and "being delivered" since 7pm. I called the store just before 8pm and was given the classic " we are busy" .. I understand busy that's fine, but to see my food being ready for an hour was infuriating. I asked if I call back for a refund when the food turns up cold because it's been ready for an hour, the young kid on the phone told me it won't arrive cold and proceeded to explain how their special pizza bags work to keep the heat in. It of course turned up cold. This was an absolute JOKE of an experience from my food being given a tour of Brisbane for at least half an hour to being mansplained the pizza bags.. 10/10...

I had been a long term fan of Dominos basic Pepperoni Pizza... So when i recently saw the promotion for their "Pepperoni Deluxe" I thought I'd give it a go... BIG Mistake.... for $9.99 ($4 off) I thought I would get a decent feed.... but when I picked up the pizza it was actually smaller than the usual one, had less than 30 slices (they promise at least 100 in their advertising) of some sort of sausage on it that was definitely NOT pepperoni... and looked disgusting.... I was so disappointed that I simply left it on the counter (even though I'd paid for it) and walked off in disgust - there was no way I'd want to actually eat it.... I left feedback, but no-one has bothered to follow up...Thanks for nothing Dominos - I definitely...
