Absolutely discussed in the customer service and quality of pizza we received from the the Mt Ommaney store. I pre order $194 worth of pizza for my son party on the 16 September and received them to find that they were not cut. We had to cut them with a knife. I called up and spoke to Randy who accused me of lying and he said he did cut the pizza. I then told him I would call him after my sons party and he kept calling me a liar and saying he had cut the pizza. He then rudely told me to send him the pictures to a email account which wasn't even active. We went in on the 17th of September to discuss this issue with them and show proof of photos that the pizza wasn't cut. He once again was very rude and said he would have to speak to the franchise but could we please leave out bank detail for the refund?? He also got our name and number and said he would call us back today (18th September) so it's 5.30 and still have not heard anything. Once again drove back to the mount Ommaney store which is not our local pizza shop to be standing in the store a good 10 min before being served. ( I was the only one in the store and three staff I could see ) listening to another manager Nathan on his phone demanding he needing 400 pizza boxes now. Once I was served I explained my situation and he said he new nothing about it and would have to call Randy. He came back and said the owner said you aren't getting a refund... I am sorry but that is not the way you speak to a customer and I don't believe Nathan even called the owner or Randy. I am a bit confused how two managers of a MASSIVE COMPANY can be so rude. I have not just brought a $5.00 pizza we spent $194 and we expect good quality pizzas. There were four adults and four hungry children..
The order was placed at 6:05 and the app said the pizza was cooked and would be on its way soon - we live 5 minutes from the store so when it didn’t arrived in 20 mins we rang the store and they said it was on it’s way - the pizza ended up arriving at 7:20!!
The kid who delivered it didn’t seem to be in a rush or have any sense of urgency - I watched him casually riding down the street swerving from side to side like a slalom. When I asked him what had happened he didn’t seem too fussed - he actually asked ‘what with?’. I explained how long we were waiting and how the app said the pizza was cooked and soon on its way and that we had four hungry kids - he told me the order had to be remade as a pizza was dropped and then they ran out of garlic bread…..
No call. No apology.
I asked him to get the manager to call me and was told he didn’t think the manager was working tonight. I explained that there would be a manger on tonight or someone in charge and he should ask that person to call me.
Having paid full price, and a Sunday Surcharge, for an order that was late and cold is not a great experience.
In my younger years I worked for several pizza stores, including Domino’s where I worked in 4 different stores in a variety of different roles - if we had delivered service like this we would be embarrassed!!!
I am not sure if it is just the staff that was on tonight or if it is an overall decline in quality of the Dominos brand but either way having been on the other side it is disappointing to see!!

Called 6:51pm The driver Jesse told me he had arrived. I let him know he's at the wrong spot He said he's at the door I said no you aren't I then explained the address again He said "I think this is it" I then checked all doors and re explained he was at the wrong address Arrived 6:57 Asked if people get lost all the time with my address. I said no, it is very easy to find He then blamed the dominos GPS He tried making small talk Looked for change.
There was -$10 -$5 -$3 in one's -$2 in twos Silver coins coming to under $3
I explained it was a bit crap to give me $5 worth of silver coins and $10 in coins in general
He then put the food on top of the rubbish pile outside I asked 3 times for him to remove it, as there was waste and animal bio waste He continued to count and ignore me
I then got very angry and told him to go to the store to collect the right change He told me I could pay over the phone instead I explained I was paying with cash and it's why I even ordered pizza to begin with He didn't seem to understand
I then called the manager, Adhy, who only said "I understand" never apologised. His solution was to continuously state that he would talk to the driver. I was hung up on after being put on hold for4 minutes I recalled for him to deflect and state that all drivers don't carry more than 30 in cash. After the order specifically said change for $50.
The order was $25
No fault ever admitted. No apology for the entire situation
