Domino's Pizza Spring Hill — Restaurant in Brisbane City

EDIT: New review. I just came into shop tonight. 24/5/22 approx 18:40. I ordered a loaded pepperoni and garlic scrolls. The young girl cutting up pizza was not wearing food handling gloves. She seems to be the only one that wasn't??? By Queensland law food that is cooked and ready to be served, you must wear food handling gloves if you need to touch the food before t goes to customer. Then behind the girl cutting the pizza's, was another girl sitting on the "food bench" This is a massive fine for sitting on a food preparation area. I told one of the staff to let her know that it is illegal to sit on a food preparation bench and it comes with a fine. She didn't even bother to tell her, even though she said she would. This is disgusting. I will not ever be coming into this store again. Oh and the one cutting pizza had to go away and then touched her face and I didn't see her wash her hands. This is disgraceful. I actually put my food in the bin and went else where I was that annoyed at what I had witnessed. This store is always dirty. I guess that's what happens when there's all teenagers working here. avoid this place.

Went in the shop yesterday to pick up my pizza. The one person who was about to cut my pizza was interrupted by a phone call. My pizza and garlic scrolls were left to sit there to go cold. Along with the pepperoni pocket bread thing. Also the garlic cheese scroll looked so small that I ate it in one bite. The shop was dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. My wife and I, and some of our friends usually delivery order from this Domino's from time to time. When we do, most of the time we are lucky to be greated by the same wonderful tall, thin, blonde young man who looks like a handsome prince charming. His beautiful smile and warm presence makes every deliver a much smoother and heartwarming experience. He provides excellent customer service and always tells us to "not have a good day, but have a great day", which never fails to make our day better by reminding us to have the same happy, sweet, cheerful, free attitude this wonderful young man does. I believe this young man is an asset to this store who deserves nothing but the best and deserves a raise. If you ever order from this store, don't just order for the pizzas, order to hopefully be greeted by this sweet carefree young man, and your day will always feel a little brighter, and your heart will feel a little warmer, just from seeing his wonderful smile and...

One of the off show outlets in the city area. As usual thought of ordering through their app , but then thought to go by and pick up. It was not too busy at start. I ordered 1 large pizza along with some crispy fried chicken. It displayed 35mins to get ready. The staff who took the order didn't even think of giving me the time if it was taking late. I stayed their more than 30mins. Later there were 12 people waiting for their order. The guys kept on delivery and kept us waiting. Not a single staff took courage to let us know that the ready time gonna take but longer than usual. In the systhem it said, my order is ready. On asking the lady said, sorry its not ready yet. Finally after 5mins got my order just cuz i went to the counter and asked for my name. On returning home, i see the fried chicken is completely moist and no tasty. A total waste of time and money. I wont come back to this store again and order my pizza from other outlet's and...
