Here at Nut & Bolt Factory, we have entrusted Dominoes Pizza Woolloongabba for all of our pizza needs for many years. Firstly, the staff go above and beyond to ensure ultimate satisfaction and they are very conveniently located close to our headquarters - making for a quick and efficient delivery of fresh and hot pizza goodness. Last Friday I ordered the meat lovers pizza with a thin crispy base and I finished the whole thing in one sitting. A generous portion of some of the finest meats that Queensland has to offer, complimented by satisfying swirls of tangy bbq sauce and tasty mozzarella goodness that melts in your mouth. Truly an explosion of flavours and top tier delicacy, thanks to the whole team at Dominoes Woolloongabba!

I ordered a New Yorker pizza for a special occasion as when I had it once at Cannon Hill it was absolutely amazing, had lots of topping etc so I ordered it from here as I live in close by, there was barely any topping, it was cold, stale and horrible! $21 for a pizza that is supposed to be "premium" and it's worse quality than the regular $5 value pizza I usually get. So disappointed! Also the ice cream I got was half full. Will NOT be ordering from here! Every time I do it's just pathetic quality. I'd rather order from another store or another brand.

I ordered a chicken pizza but there was some other sort of meat in it. Seems like ham. Its just that i dont eat any other meat other than chicken. Its kind of a religious thing. Its not about the staff who made it or about the food, its just that such a thing shouldn’t happen to anyone. Being an ex restaurant staff member myself, i can understand that toppings can get mixed but this is NOT acceptable and should never happen to anyone at all, especially if its something related to traditions or religion.

WORST SERVICE! Expect amazingly bad service at this Dominoes. Others are great, Yeronga for example is amazing!

On multiple occasions I have been completely ignored for 5 - 10 mins when I was picking up a pizza. They weren't especially busy, just run extremely badly.

On one occasion, I paid for a pizza via Paypal, the staff member told me that it didnt work and that I would need to pay again. So I did via debit card. I checked my paypal account a few days later and I had actually gone through. I then went in there to speak to someone about it at roughly 2 -3pm assuming it would be any easy mistake to fix, like it would be at any half decently run retail store, I was mistaken

I spoke to a staff member who said he would get the manager, he then walked over to the manager and told him, the manager was roughly a meter away from me. The manager looked at me and kept on putting the dough in the trays, he didn't say anything or acknowledge me. After about 5 mins of me waiting at the counter and still not being acknowledged by the manager, the original staff member stopped his work and came back over to ask me to sit down. Which I did.

Roughly 15 mins later, or 30 dough filled trays later, the manager came over and spoke to me. I showed him both receipts. He then looked at them for roughly 30 seconds and went back to filling the trays with dough. I sat back down. 3 - 5 mins later he came back, I again explained the situation. He sat down to have a look at his records for roughly 2 mins. He then got up and went back to filling the trays with dough. This happened roughly 3 times. I then got fed up and gave him my email and he said he would get back to me when he had a minute.

6 days pass and I hadn't heard anything, so again I went in there. Lucky for me the same manager was on. The lack of interest in helping me and lack of respect was amazing. The order was only $25! He is amazingly close minded. Even after I showed him the 2 receipts from paypal and commbank in their respective apps on my phone and the print outs, he still didn't believe me. After roughly 15 mins of him reading over the receipts and clearly not caring, I then asked for the HQ's email or phone number and he ignored me. It took another employee to convince him that I couldn't be faking it, this and the requst for the HQ's email or phone number is was what got me my refund in the end. I was in there for 20 mins trying to receive a refund for their mistake. Total time was roughly 40 mins to get $25 back.

I really hope someone at domino's HQ reads this and investigates this store, have these people trained again....

Completely disgraceful service. Will never ever go or order from this store again. The only sadness that whenever I would want to order dominos pizza I will have to go to New Farm store that produce better service and care about their review, because unfortunately living in Kangaroo Point the only delivery store operating for delivery there is Woolloongabba. Once I order pizza from them (Vegerama) with extra pieces of vegeies ( I ordered it for extra delivery price because of holidays). They brought me just dough with heaps of sauce on it and just 4 mushrooms. I regret I did not look inside the box when the delivery guy came. The whole pizza was just swimming in the box. Disgusting. Can not believe I paid extras for more vegies I did not get. Another time I ordered dominos pizza ( I hoped I could order from New Farm store, but did not work) i ordered Tandori chicken pizza (cost me 21 dollars). Guess what? I had 1 bloody piece of chicken on it and no sauce at all. Plus the cut of tomatoes... Gosh... Do you know you have to throw away the top of tomatoes?? It is not eatable. It was just cooked crust with a bit of cheese on it. I wish they can close this store and another store will operate in Kangaroo Point, but this is too much. You guys have no respect for your customers and I will tell everyone to never get pizza from you. You ruin Dominos reputation. Have photos of all pizzas saved to show everyone you "super good service". Would not put even one star for this, but thats the lowest you can get, even you do not...

I regret giving this place business. Every other time I have walked into a pizza place and ordered a pizza, and waited outside the window, the worker inside has either walked it out to me, or at least looked at me from inside and gestured that it's ready.

I decided to walk in and ask about the progress of my order 30 minutes later when the worker started to spray the floor with a hose, then pour detergent all over the floor. When I asked him if my order was ready, he checked, said yes, then continued to splash detergent on the floor. When he had decided the floor was sufficiently lubricated, he grabbed the pizza and put it on the counter, then walked off to, I guess, hose the floor again? The pizza was cold, garlic bread was somehow soggy AND hard (not in a deliciously crispy way, but more of a could-be-weaponised way).

They had walked out past us -to dump empty boxes outside their door- multiple times and could have at any point told us our order was ready and to come in, but instead they left us outside for half an hour. I dunno, I hate being that overly-entitled customer, but the pizza was low tier and the service was awful, but maybe if some more people go there they'd afford a mop.

One star, buy pizza somewhere where they will...
