This family-friendly seafood cafe caters to a wonderful range of seafood, ranging from Cod, Sea Perch, Barramundi, Snapper & many other selections of Seafood

I also recommend the excellent scallops & chips that are cooked in fresh oils.

This cafe has a wall mounted electronic menu board located behind the counter. This extensive menu offers the seafoods mentioned, plus a range of hamburgers 🍔 😋

There is a menu which offers a wide range of drinks such as smoothies, coffee ☕ & other assortment of health drinks, soft drinks, beer 🍺 & wines 🍷

There is free chilled water available in the adjacent room where you can relax & sit down to enjoy your meal.

Footpath seating with coverage is available, which makes for a great way to bring family & friends to enjoy the excellent hospitality provided by the staff at Flinders Seafood Cafe.

You can also take your food away & sit down in the park area across the road from this cafe. There are covered seating areas , plus public toilets & water drinking fountains for public use.

All meals for people eating at this cafe are brought to your table by the friendly staff.

Everything that was available on their menus were reasonably priced & the quality of the food & portions served were more than adequate.

Street parking is available in close proximity of the Flinders Seafood Cafe.

There is more than enough seating available to cater to groups of families 👪.

This cafe is also pet friendly, which is an added bonus for people going for their daily walks 🚶‍♂️ 😀

Overall, I was more than impressed by the way people who run their business were friendly & went about ensuring that everyone enjoyed...

I have never done a review for any restaurant, I somehow feel this was very needed as this was not my first experience ordering from this unhappy, uncomfortable and rude place. My partner and my self placed an order consisting of 1x chicken burger 1 steak burger and $4 of chips. They had no chicken left, so my partner swayed toward a steak burger also. After completing the order and the transaction, the receipt didn't show proof of $4 chips. I then waited in line again to have this rectified and was then made out to be as though I was at fault and that I was the silly one. NO apologies for anything! My partner and my self then went and sat outside and waited for our order and about 5 mins into waiting, the very miserable, rude and grumpy.. But flamboyant staff member came out to inform us that there was only one piece of steak left (if you would call it that, it was MAYBE a 40g steak.....) so one of us had to now have a typical patty.... At least this time he/she apologised.. I'll give them that.. If you could call it an apology. Once receiving our order for it to have VERY minimal salt on the chips, the "steak" burger only having maybe 2 bites of a piece of beef (doesn't even deserve to be called a piece of steak) and just an all round lack of any taste meal, I would like to say this place doesn't even deserve 1 star... Sorry to rant, but man! This place has been like this every time (3 times) we have been there. Do not even give them the pleasure of taking your hard...

No stars given.... Easter Sunday -is it really a public holiday? To incur a 15% surcharge? Now when i go out to a cafe / fish n chip shop, i do have expectations.... and not big one's at that...but... Having a toasted ham, cheese, tomatoe sandwich at $7.00 from a fish n chip shop - wowza! I asked 'does that come with a small side of chips?' I was rudely told 'no!' As if i was an inconvenience to her. The ladies rude disposition was very much like the rest of the staff. All of them walked around as if they would rather be else where. Not one staff member smiled - unless they were talking to another staff member. The staff were walking past customers trying to be invisible... when asked if we could have our desert, it was again met with sighs and no customer service - as if i was putting her out. Now, we were sitting down at the table... surrounded by tables with left over food containers, blowimg around in the breeze..some patrons had to clear rubbish from tables to even sit down I was also told that they were only serving food in take away containers... after paying a surcharge i was expecting my food on a plate and cuppachino in a cup. Watching the cook and other staff members handling the food was disgusting to watch. Food being thrown around, no santised areas. Bins over flowing in the kitchen... I WILL NOT be returning. Health...
