Been coming here weekly for a couple years, it's our go to for great coffee and service. Today there were two new ladies working there I hadn't seen before, one person was waiting on coffee. After putting in my order and waiting twenty minutes while they chatted with some people came to catch up, the staff sat down next to us so I realised id been forgotten. I went up to ask where my coffee was and was asked what I'd like. They'd forgotten me, the only client to come to their window in half an hour to place an order. Happy to take money for nothing? I had stopped coming here after several terrible coffees that were the equivalent of a cup of coffee from a 7/11 but decided to try again when I saw there was a different barista working. The coffee was 10/10 and she was super lovely, I’ll definitely be stopping by more often now instead of having my coffees at home.

The service is always really lovely from the girls making the coffee but I do think some of your staff might need to be re trained on how to steam the milk because the bad lattes I got were just warm milk with a shot of coffee and not actually lattes. I would love to keep...
