Really nice spot to have a meeting or take a coffee break however today's staff were extremely unfriendly and rude. I stood there for about 5 minutes waiting to be served whilst the two young ladies decided to finish their social conversation only to then be greeted with a very negative & nasty "yes?". No hello, thank you, nothing except a very sour sigh when I asked for a tax receipt. To top off my experience I was served a take away cappuccino with extremely burnt milk which was only filled up 3/4 quarters. Sometimes I wonder why people choose hospitality to be their profession if they have no idea what customer service is! I'm more disappointed by the service though.
I just had a pretty blonde waitress who was clearly used to more attention than I was willing to give, interrupt my book to take my tea without consent, then stand over my table and refuse to leave. When I asked her to leave me alone, she threatened to call security.
It really added a sour note to my hard-won peace of mind. I'm glad not to be local to give them my business, and I wouldn't go out of my way...

It was then, like the phoenix that rises from the ashes, that my takeaway cappuccino with toasted banana bread ‘cherry on top’ rose in the elevator to be divinely hand delivered in my moment of need, satiating my coffee craving I’m a manner as if it were in fact manna from the gods.
