Walked in before an appointment at about 4.10pm today and wanted a drink. Got a snack slider as well as they looked appetising. And they were! So glad I ordered one.

The young guy who served me was quite friendly and was efficient. He got my drink for me straight away.

After my slider I thought “can’t have KFC without getting chips” so I went back in and ordered a small.

About 85% of them were fresh, hot and yummy. The remaining 15% were a little worse for wear. It turned out fine because I was getting full anyway.

This would have been a 4 star rating because of the quality of the chips. What made it a 4.5 was the server came out to change bin bags and offered a family who had just sat down to wipe their table, before they put any of their belongings or hands on it. Some fast food workers don’t ask before they wipe, they just invade their customers space, or wait to be asked. He took the time to ask, and had a cheery persona when he did. Well done mate.

Best KFC I've ever eaten!!! I go through the Drive Thru and their preparation time is always godly. I've never been told to pull over to wait for my order like I get told at other KFC locations. This way I can have KFC during my lunch break and it makes work a whole lot less miserable :'). I order the Zinger Stacker daily and the patty size at this location is noticeably larger than other KFC restaurants as well. I order through the KFC app so I can add 3 extra servings of sauces for free. They actually add all 3 like I request. So the burger is divine as it is fine tuned to my taste. The Zinger Stacker Burger with x2 Supercharged Sauce and x1 Jalapeno Sauce is my No. 1 favourite food of all time. A bite of heaven. Makes life worth livin' fr. But the burger is only so great at this specific location; I don't know why it is. Maybe they add coke to my sauces to keep me coming back. Additionaly, they put in a few wet wipes and nakpins for an easy clean up. The workers are always respectful and even refer to me by name as shown through the app order. I don't have a single bad thing to say about KFC...

Asked for 15 wicked wings but received only 7, the rest were hot and spicy wings. The staff did not notify us regarding us waiting for them having to cook more wicked wings or substituting the wicked wings for something else or a refund; instead they chose not to communicate with us and made the choice for us. If i wanted hot and spicy wings I would have asked for it instead of wicked wings but I didn't even get a choice. I would have even waited for fresh wicked wings to be cooked but instead i received these dried hot and spicy wings, i would have rather waited for some fresh wicked wings to be cooked or get a substitute of something else or even a refund but dried hot and spicy wings seriously!!! Can't forget to mention that the staff forgot to pack half of our order. Like if it was one thing they forgot to pack whatever but half my order!
