I went to this branch on 08/02/2025 and purchased 6 pieces of hot and spicy chicken breast.When I was making a order,the girl who was at the counter asked me" How many pieces do you need".Then again I told her "I need hot and spicy chicken breast 6 pieces if you have them at the moment".She didn't reply me cleary.Then I made the payment.I waited like 3 minute,and she came back and gave me my order.I opened the box and checked if she has given me the hot and spicy chicken breast 6 pieces.(I opened the box in restaurant ,because I was confusing the way she talked to me about my order when I was purchasing.After I opened the box I noticed there are no hot and spicy 6 pieces.Only 4 hot and spicy pieces and one hot and spicy drumstick and one normal hot and spicy small piece.Then I asked why there's a hot and spicy drumstick.I told her that I asked " 6 pieces of hot and spicy chiecken breasts.Then she said to me that "she can't give all 6 hot and spicy checken breasts".Then I asked her " can you please replace this drumstick atleast".Then she took the box and tried to find out Chicken breast and she couldn't.Then she replced a small checken piece of hot and spicy and talked to me very rudely by telling again "we can't do all 6 hot and spicy chicken breasts".Then I asked her why you didn't tell me before I was purchasing.Because I'm going to this branch very oftenly.Most of the time I purches hot and spicy chicken breast 6 pieces from this branch.If they don't have them,they will let me know before I purchase.Finally I told her again "you should tell me before I purchase".Then she was really rude to me and I was really upset with the way she talked to me.Then I came to my car and rang the branch and requested manager and made a complained what has happened to me.The lady who said that she was the manager didn't care about my complain.But when I was repeating it she apologized to me and she said she will talk to her.I'm happy with the manager's apologize.But i checked the google reviews before I post this and I saw a top review that someone has complained against the same girl who was rude to me with uploading a photograph of her.So disappointed about this customer service.I told the branch manager that I need to talk to HR department of kfc and make a complain.And also I requested a contact number of a top manager.But she didn't say anything to me.Those who can see my review,I wish the HR department or top management will take an action against this complain.Because I don't want any customer to face the worst exeperience that I face at this branch...

Read moreWent for a what was an early dinner around 4pm in the arvo and us amoungst 6 other people were waiting for a good 20mins some I noticed were waiting upwards of ten mins for 1 item. Staff seemed completely out of it like they had forgotten why they were there sort of response to people waiting, even the manager constantly in and out texting on her phone 📱 ignoring the fact the waiting room was filling with people waiting for food. During this time we also noticed staff that were making the food were using the toilets out front where customers go, noticing that the staff member went into the bathroom with gloves on and came back out with gloves on but used the pin pad on the door without a glove on.. we noticed him begin to prep and then saw another staff member seeing us comment on the fact and soon told her staff member that he change his gloves.. we were completely put off about how hygienic this place is actually kept now as not even the tables were cleared and wiped, just left for customers to clear and wipe with the supplied paper towel. Do not recommend sitting in as you are there last priority in the end, I get you have times to make for drive through (worked in fast food also) but this was next level...
