Waited an hour and a half for a dessert that didnt arrive. I dont know how long does it actually take to scoop ice creams, put the chocolates and syrups on top. If we did not do a follow up for our drinks, we wouldnt be getting them as well. Unreasonable waiting time for ice cream with toppings. Bad customer service. The waitress told us the first time we did a follow up that it will be up in 5 mins and said she'll double check with the chefs. She didnt go check with the chefs. After 15 mins or so, we were told it will be up in 2 mins and the same thing happened. And with our last follow up, she said 5 mins but the dessert still wasnt there. We just asked to be refunded and walked out. Never coming back to this place. Literally everyone else who came after us and ordered more difficult orders like the souffle pancakes and waffle pancakes, got their orders before us. It's just frustrating that your staff has to lie about the waiting time.
