I ordered a Mixed entree B which was very good. My main was Larb salad with pork which they went out of their way to hand mince the pork as chicken and beef were the only meat options for this salad on their menu. The main was also delicious having a nice balance of flavours sweet, sour and salty and fresh herbs.

The only negative feedback i can give is that I was given a jug of water with no cup to drink it with. My share plate and cutlery was taken away after I finished my entree and wasn’t replaced for my main. Was never approached after receiving my main and asked if needed another beer. I would have given 5 stars if those few little extra items were addressed which would make me feel like they valued my patronage. But In saying that I would return because the food was tasty and give...

Quite a nice little restaurant. As with most Asian second-tier Restaurants, the seafood has very little flavour, especially the prawns. Large and plump, look fantastic, no A-Grade Prawn flavour. You should always steer clear of seafood especially prawns in this grade of Restaurant. Not my thing, but I believe the Thai Fish Cakes are top class. The Duck, Chicken and Pork dishes are generally a safe bet. I've had them cooked various ways in the past and all have been quite acceptable. I also believe, that the whole fish, done in various ways, is very very delicious,a tip from she who knows all. In closings, a very nice little Restaurant, with nice ambience inside and out. B.Y.O. with a small surcharge is always a good thing. Well worth a look for the avid dinner. Bon...

Northern Thai has recently had a name change so don't be confused if you see the name as Dan Thai on the building. It's part of a suburban restaurant precinct so would be great for a relaxed evening out either as a duo or a small group. The night that we went, we arrived early evening with friends from overseas and things started off quietly enough but quite quickly became really busy as many of the locals started walking in so obviously they know something ! We did the put the dishes in the middle and share thing.. everything we had was great - fresh and yum. Service was prompt and friendly and if you're a fan of Thai food you won't be disappointed. Prices were very reasonable and the portion sizes were generous enough for us to take two takeaway containers of...

Huge portions! I had the mixed entree a, the money bag was the stand out of all of them though, I'd only order this if I was to go again, the skewer was dry and spring roll and other pieces were pretty standard. I got the fried rice and asked for my own mix of meats which they were more than happy to do. The duck wasn't what I was expecting but I did appriciate that the sauce was separated so it stayed crispy for take away. There were no take away chop sticks and the wooden cutlery was awkward to eat with, also no Napkins were given. Lovely friendly service and the restraint looked very clean.

Superb. Easy to overlook but once you have tried it, what can I say that can do this restaurant justice , we travel nearly an hour for the fresh tasty and well presented food, served by beautiful friendly staff who have a passipn for Thailand and its cuisine. I would highly recommend the "superb chicken" on the specials menu along with the coconut curry prawns(served in a coconut. See pics .

Ordered 2 massaman curry add vegetables. (Description of the dish Tender Beef cooked with Potato) for $40 including the public holiday surcharge. Once i got home i notice there was no meat, only potato, vegetables and alot of sauce. Called the restaurant to only get an apology. Won't be going back to them.
