Nando's Morningside — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Unfortunately this Nandos does not carry the usual standard of service and cleanliness of other Nandos locations. The first person to greet me was a female with short hair and tattoos, (I don’t have anything against that, she just wasn’t wearing a name tag) she didn’t smile and the greeting was abrupt and unwelcoming. I was then served by a young man, who was a lot better and to be honest it’s the service of the 2 young gentlemen that saved me giving a 1 star, because they were polite and accommodating. But, on to the cleanliness, overall the restaurant looked unclean, the cutlery buckets were dirty and cutlery inside was also dirty. They did bring clean cutlery when I brought it up, but it should be presentable to begin with. They had 4 staff on and were not busy, but they could not clear tables in a timely manner, resulting in flies in the restaurant which were landing on my food. Management really needs to address...

I wouldn't even give this 1 star, but it wouldn't allow for it! First of all when i arrived, the order was running 10 mins late. I returned to my car and returned 15 mins later. I got told the order would be at least another 10 minutes. I was quite annoyed as there was a massive line up. I got told they were short staffed. I spoke to the manager as I felt so bad for the poor boy at the counter having to face angry customers. The manager apologised and said he'd put my order to the front. I waited along with the other customers for another 10 mins. I felt like I was in a 3rd world country. The place looked dirty, there was sauce spilt on the floor. People scattered in the waiting area and overflowing outside. I finally got my order and we went home. Burger was slapped together, bun wasn't fresh, chips were cold and stale. I can't believe that a restaurant would be allowed to operate like this. Absolutely...

Ordered through Menulog as Uber eats said that they are not delivering for Nando’s Morningside e at this time. The order never turned up. It went from being arriving at 13.40-1.15 then updated to arriving 12.40-2.15. I called the store. They refused to answer and got a message to say they are too busy and to call back and then it hung up. Tried twice. Spoke to menu log twice. First one it had been picked up and second time to say it had been delivered. I waited for an hour and a half. Never turned up. Not the first time I’ve had issues with nandos Morningside brisbane. Last time they would not serve me over the counter even though they were standing around talking. She made me download the app and order that way. I will NEVER use Nandos Morningside again. These franchise owners are giving Nandos a bad name. They will end up going under...
