After they finally came back onto the Uber App I made the error of supporting them again as they were always so great and even every now and then throw in a cookie.
Well this time was not a pleasant experience for me at all I ordered a chicken classic with old english cheese and carrot only.
When I opened it unfortunately the entire order was wrong they gave me all the salad half of which I am allergic too and no double cheese.
When I called up this young girl told me the manager was not there I'm not sure ifcthat was true or not and toldcme that it was my fault as she made the order exactly the way it came through.
It was crazy I said why would order it that way when I'm allergic to half the stuff and then she said it a uber app issue and to contact them to get a refund. I have ordered from two other Subway locations close to me and NEVER had an issue not ONCE.
This is just deflection from taking responsibility from her making an error. Rather than apologising I am really disappointed in this behaviour especially given I missed out...
Read moreThis Subway is consistently poor, the staff seem to be trained on the importance of speed and getting you out the door as quickly as possible instead of getting it right. Asking the same repeated questions about your order and still getting it wrong, forgetting to put the meat on and slapping your sandwich together as quick as humanly possible seems to be the motto in the store. To the manager, if this is your intention to improve customer experience by the speed of which your sub gets from one end of the counter to the next you or the business have it wrong in my opinion. If you had a line of customers out the door it might make sense but you don't, well at least each time I have been to your store anyway. I have given up and will make the extra drive to the Subway store up the road which for some bizarre reason the subs are slightly cheaper. If I wanted a slapped together meal I would go to McDonalds and order a $3 cheeseburger not a $12+...
Read moreGoing to this subway is a lottery every time. One day it can be made to perfection. While another day it's just something a car ran over. Some of the staffs are very generous with the add on veggies. Some barley give you 3 tomatoes on ur sub. Me personally always choose guacamole on my sub, cause it will be bone dry otherwise in lack of dressing.
One time during the weekend we went there and an asian girl and a red headed girl was working. In the containers where the veggies were separated. Was all messed up. Carrots in every container, sallads everywhere. It was a complete mess. What if i have allergies? And get something in my sub that isn't supposed to be there in the first place? This place need a serious look over when it comes to serving the customer...
