Well I don't think I can order delivry pizza ever again.
Had a mix up and got someone else's order. No biggie, these things happen. Called the store and they told me to hold onto the other persons pizzas so they could pick them up and sort it out. A little weird, I wouldn't want a stranger getting my food and poking around in it before I eat it, but I trust myself that I haven't done anything unhygienic around the food and decide whatever, order is already late and i just want my pizza.
The driver rocks up and meets me in my driveway to exchange the orders and... sets up shop on top of my wheelie bins to slide my order out of his bag and cram the other persons order in, meaning his hands, as well as every item of food from my order and the other persons order slid across the top of my waste bin. I should have said something but I was too shocked to form words. On what plane of existence is it okay to do that at all, let alone while a customer is watching you do it?!
The only thing close to this I've seen is a new kid at Hjs who didn't understand that putting a clean fry stager over a bin made it unclean again, but even then he had enough shame to do it in washup alone and not in front of other people so that they know they're recieving mishandled food.
Another issue with mixing up orders is that the other persons receipt was still in my living room so I had her name, address and phone number, which a more untrustworthy person could do some damage with. I used the number to call her and warn her about what the driver had done and got rid of the receipt properly.
Truly the most mortified I've ever been in a fast-food...

Ordered a bbq chicken pizza and paid for double mushrooms. Receive pizza and there are NO mushrooms. Phone Pizza Hut Holland Park and get offered a ‘credit’. The last few times I’ve ordered from there it has been crap so I elect for a refund instead.
I’m met with “uhhh, ummmmm. Let me figure it out. The amount”. I ask when I can expect the refund, “not tonight, we’re too busy”. Not really my problem? I ask again for him to take 5 minutes and do it now. “No”. I’m pretty cranky, but feel rightfully so. Mind you - aside from no mushrooms, the pizza is slapped together with minimal other ingredients and base is soggy. Sides ordered are also cold.
I know I’ll need to follow up tomorrow guarantee there’ll be no record, some other ‘manager’ and I’ll end up going through some stupid ordeal over a crappy pizza and ineptitude for them to refund. Sigh.

I registered a complaint a week ago, per their generic message bellow - no response and still no refund. Classic.

To date, I have received no response to my complaint. I have done as instructed, reaching out via Instagram a week ago and was advised, “We have urgently flagged this with our customer service team and are pushing for a resolution ASAP. We appreciate your patience in this matter and we will get back to you as soon as we can, to rectify this issue. Thank you. Carley - Pizza Hut AU”

But tonight we started off by our order being nearly 30 minutes late, with not even a text to inform us. On trying to find out where our order was. On the phone the store wasn't answering but was telling me my order was due for delivery at 7:10pm and was on its way (was after 7:10pm) online tracker was telling me my order was being prepared for delivery. Then once the order finally arrived. The ham lovers pizza which I ordered on a traditional crust was on a thin n crispy base not traditional. Had burnt sections and was bare in spots with no toppings. Once I got hold of the store. The person I spoke to was rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain the issues I had, he was not interested in listening. Then told me I had to wait 30 minutes or when he had time to deal with it. I tried to leave a complaint online through the app and it won't let me do it. I've tried calling to make a complaint to the so called complaints line 131166 which google gave me and it puts me on hold for a while then...
