Nice atmosphere and well presented and we have been generally impressed with the food on previous occasions. Unfortunately, tonight was full of dissapointment. The service was poor as was the food. We waited 45 minutes before getting our entree of spring rolls that were warm on the outside but cool on the inside. They were nicely presented with garnish though. We watched 8 take-away meals being served to 5 uber eats drivers and 3 families also in that time with another uber driver waiting. Another couple came in about 10 minutes after us were served before us and their entree of spring rolls was brought out with their main meals. One of our meals arrived several minutes after theirs. I ordered a crispy chicken cashew nut but there were no cashews and the chicken was deep fried, soggy and cold. We waited a further 2 minutes more before asking for the rice and our other meal. Neither of which were provided. When I asked the lady at the counter, she asked if I wanted take away instead and I said no, I wanted the meal at the table and she said "sorry, you go". I tried to give her constructive feedback as we were looking forward to our meal but she raised her voice and then waved her hands at us gesturing to go. Safe to say we won't go back nor recommend them any further. My only advice is to communicate with your patrons if you are too busy to serve them in the restaurant due to attending to online orders. They then have the option to know the time delay or can leave...
Read morePinto Thai Eatery is a cute little restaurant located in Mount Gravatt that ticked all the boxes for us. Lovely service, truely authentic Thai dishes, extensive menu options, kid friendly and great drinks as well. Also if you ever want a whole Barramundi dish done right than head over to Pinto Thai. We tried the deep fried barramundi topped with onion, capsicum and ginger in tamarind sauce. Definitely the star attraction for me and it really does just get your attention as it hits the table and of course it was amazing. I would highly recommend making a reservation as this humble little restaurant does get pretty busy. Saw a lot of regular customers which is always a good sign for me. Can’t wait to go back.

I was very disappointed for the prices it's not worth it. We ate the food just because we were hungry but after we had enough it was still lots of food left and i normally would keep them for the next day as my breakfast or etc but i i was like nope it going...
