Very poor service by the man serving wearing the subway brown hat he dropped my packed sub on the floor all flustered as it was rush hour lunch hour with almost all being looked after and served by other members i cudve paid n walked off with my meal but he preferred to serve another customer n i kept waiting like fool at the counter I walked out for a moment and thoght i ll go again and pay still he was flustered and dint even bother looking at me right from the moment i entered the store the other employees serving were very nice polite calm and composed I would never like to go there again this wouldnt have happened if i would have got an opportunity to pay and leave and he could have served the other customer later Anyway bad service especially from that guy poor interpersonal skills as well 7.06.2024...
Read moreWhat a pathetic service I got! I ordered a southern style chicken sub and the guy charged me $16.70. When I asked him why his charging me higher than the display board and he said oh the price has gone up and the display board hasn't been updated. I'm like wow that's a big hike. Later on I found out that through app you can still pay 14.50 so I went back asked him the same question. Luckily this time there was another colleague intervene and showed this guy the correct sub in his system and refunded me 2.20 back. This low rating is not about the money but the attitude of the guy and lying with confidence. Hope the guy gets good training again on how to behave with customers and charge properly. I'm local to this area so I can try one more time here but again if I face the same issue, i have to find another...
Read moreI ordered this morning around 9am. No customers was in the shop so I thought I’d get my subway somewhat decent! My 5 year old brother could make a better sandwich than that lady working! I’ve been to subway a few times last week with the same lady working, everytime I felt uncomfortable when ordering because of her attitude like she don’t want to be there! This shop has gone downhill in the last few months! Just look at the reviews in the last few months! Either teach your workers how to make a good subway and teach them GOOD customer service or hire new workers.
