Pizza Miltonio — Restaurant in Brisbane City

I'd like to commend the staff at this restaurant for their delicious food, great service and consistency. We regularly go to their restaurant for dinner & are always pleased with everything.

Here's some of the reasons why:

The staff care about their customers. Its the little details like remembering who you are, offering you a fork or some extra cheese etc without having to ask. They're always trying to think ahead to what you might want or need to enhance your experience. They're proud of their food & service. The manager on duty is often talking to his staff about performance and what they need to do for their customers. Their work ethic is OUTSTANDING!!! They are running trying to get everything out as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your food as quickly as possible. Most people wouldn't last 10 minutes at the pace they work at.

I have witnessed on multiple occasions people ringing this business after they've received their orders and verbally abusing the staff over the phone with ridiculous complaints that are completely out of the restaurants hands (long delivery times etc). This is disgusting behavior & it annoys me deeply that people actually think they have the right to do this.

In no way, shape or form do they deserve a low rating. The foods great, the staff are friendly & they care. People need to stop setting unrealistic expectations and blaming everyone else because the idea they have in their mind doesn't align with what they received.

At the time of writing this there are 290 google reviews online. In 1 week they would do more than 290 orders and there aren't that many negative reviews... This clearly means that a lot of people are happy customers & just aren't the type of people who leave reviews.... Don't believe the low quality reviews.

OK, so right off the bat, everyone who has done a 1 star review... WHAT ARE YOU THINKING???!!?!?!??

This place is legit, proper Italian style pizza bases, I mean, if you take a bite and you arnt sold simply on the base despite what toppings it has then you are wrong. We had the Bombay pizza (was interested in it) and it was a bit colorful with the toppings but still very evenly mixed and could taste everything, the other pizza we had was the Miltonio Spicy and it was great, not an overpowering salami taste despite there being ample on the pizza, hot but not too hot, just a really nice enjoyable pizza.

Lets move onto the risotto, Sun dried tomato and pesto, chicken and cheese, was cooked perfectly, squishy and so easy to eat, full of flavor and was a massive serving for the single serve!!

The Garlic bread was perfect for me as I like them a bit soft and chewy, but my girlfriend prefers them a bit more crunchy, im sure that if we specified it would have been no problem, same with the cheese cake, it was a bit soft for me but my girlfriend loved it.

All in all, this place is a total find, we went on a Thursday night and it was packed, lines out the door, people waiting for their food, staff inside going crazy cooking and looking after everything.

Lots of people have said the the wait staff is bad and that orders have been getting mixed up, this wasn't the case with us, everyone was super nice and lovely and we got exactly what we ordered but seeing as how busy this place gets, it is understandable to see how they could come off as short with people as they have to keep moving. I am a qualified chef and im well aware of the stresses that can come from working in a kitchen.

I live in Parkinson and will gladly drive 40 mins to get pizza from this place again, can not wait to take my mates there and show off these...

During this COVID 19 time you expect this store keep more hygiene then ever. Owner son can’t make their own rules. This store used to very clean in hygiene , biggest mistake I did that I took my family first time here for Garden veg pizza. We found store owner son work without gloves when he made our pizza while constant touching different phones and touch screen. When we try to describe him he found us Rude to complain about it which was other way around I think. We received our Garden veg pizza without broccoli (owner son was not ready to accept his mistake ) when we asked him about it he didn’t offered to make it up another pizza but straight away ask us about refund which one also not straight forward. Worst Customer Service we have seen so far, the way arrogant owner son is behaving it’s very hard to see. Not only customer service poor , pizza presentation looks poor too. After having this all for 25 min we got no food and also we fought to get our money back and learn lesson to stay away from this sort of family own pizza stores where they don’t know how to behave with customer when you are at fault. Very disappointing experience. I wish we could give minus star as a feedback.

It’s really downgraded response from same person now. Yes you right ,My kids are really proud the way we have explained to you About hygiene issue and customer service things. They not embarrassed But they surprised to see very childish business owner behavior front of other customers too. You didn’t offer us replacement and you told us you out of Broccoli!!!
